For registration purposes teams are listed by names, area and divisions. Registration fees for football are $140.00.
Uniform and equipment loaned, to be returned at the last game. Registration is held on a first come first serve basis.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY REOUIREMENTS
All football players and cheerleaders must register for a division below based on the child's age and grade as of August 1st
of the playing season. Birth certificates and a physical at the leagues certification date are required for participation,
No exceptions!

I the undersigned parent or guardian of the above child hereby give my permission for him/her to participate in the North Carolina Youth Football League. I understand
that once I pay a registration fee to the league, that fee is non-refundable. I submit that all information given in this form is true and accurate. I also understand that if I
give false information on this form my child shall not be permitted to participate in the league, and the registration fee is also non-refundable and all children must pay
a registration fee to be eligible to participate.
I realize football is a contact sport where serious injury may occur and I release, indemnify, and hold harmless the North Carolina Youth Football League, its sponsors,
volunteers, and associates from any claims or lawsuits whatsoever.
Further, I hereby acknowledge to return at the end of the season the equipment loan to me consisting of: Player - helmet, shoulder pads, game jersey and game pants;
Cheerleader - top and skirt. Above I agree to pay the NCYFL any and all costs associated with the collection of the equipment and uniform. In the event the NCYFL or
its officers and/or team president associates take legal action against me to collect said equipment, uniforms, or replacement costs of such items; I agree to pay all such
costs, court costs, attorney fees and expenses necessary to pursue such action.
