Manager, Colonnade Development Services
Cal’s ability to create partnerships and establish trusted
working relationships has been instrumental in the growth
of Colonnade Development. As president, Cal oversees the
development process to ensure it meets clients’ objectives
and addresses prevailing market conditions.
Pam is responsible for site identification, concept
development, project feasibility analysis and investor
relations. She has been involved in the acquisition and
development of retail, office and industrial properties
with a combined value of over $100 million.
Cal volunteers his time for the Queensway Carleton Hospital
Foundation’s ACE (acute care for the elderly) fundraising
initiative and also is actively involved with BOMA.
Pam creates value to owners by ensuring flexibility, exit
strategies and efficient operations while providing timely
and accurate information.
Pam is a voluteer member of the Royal Ottawa Foundation
Gala for Mental Health committee.

Richard has been in the shopping centre industry in Ottawa
in various capacities for more than 30 years and is a respected
industry leader. His contacts for retail leasing, management,
development and sales are second to none.
Richard is an active community volunteer to the benefit of
numerous local charities. Currently he is an advocate for
mental health as a member of the Capital Campaign Cabinet
and is past Chairman of the Leaders for Mental Health
Breakfast for the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health.

Greg is responsible for the property management and
overall building operations for Colonnade’s entire portfolio
of managed properties which includes office, retail
and industrial real estate. Greg’s attention to detail and
knowledge of property management has led to year over
year growth of the portfolio.
For over 25 years, John has been helping clients meet
their real estate holding goals by watching market trends
and matching clients with the appropriate solution. As
Vice President Business Development, John is responsible
for growing Colonnade Management’s business. As
well, he focuses on identifying business and investment
opportunities in commercial real estate.

SiteCast Construction
SiteCast Construction specializes in tilt-up panels to
create custom, superior building envelope solutions
for retail, industrial, commercial and institutional
customers. For more than two decades, SiteCast has
been pushing the boundaries in what designers can
do with tilt-up to create panels of any size, shape or
texture.
Its subsidiary, SiteCast Global, has constructed
tilt-up buildings in Amman, Jordan; Eritrea, Africa; and
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Shawn Hickey
President, SiteCast
As president of SiteCast, Shawn has overseen the design and
construction in excess of 85 tilt-up office, retail, institutional and
industrial buildings. This includes International projects in Africa
and the Middle East.
Shawn received his Gold Seal Certification from the Canadian
Construction Association, as well as the Ontario General
Contractors Association. In 2013, Shawn was recognized as one
of the Most Influential People in the concrete industry.

Tom Eisenhauer

Tom has been President and CEO of Bonnefield Financial since it was founded and is responsible for the company’s overall operations.
He has a broad range of private equity investing, investment banking and merchant banking experience. He also has completed the
ICD-Rotman Director Education Program. Prior to joining Bonnefield, Tom was the Managing Partner of Latitude Partners, which he
co-founded in 1999. Latitude managed the Longitude Fund LP, a private equity fund that specialized in buyouts of private and public
Canadian technology companies.
Tom is a member of the Board of Governors of the University of King’s College. He has organized several long-distance cycling tours in
support of the MS Society of Canada.

JJ is President of Bonnefield, Inc., which provides property
management services to all of Bonnefield’s investment funds.
He is also Vice President and CFO of Colonnade Investments
Inc. JJ’s focus is finance and business operations. He ensures
that effective procedures, systems and controls are in place
to support a company’s strategic objectives while improving
efficiency and mitigating risk. JJ has more than 20 years
experience as the CFO for several companies including
Ionalytics, FastLane Technologies, Celtic House Venture
Partners and Manderly Turf Products.
Wally’s passion for farming and his understanding of farm
operators – their challenges, opportunities and sensibilities
– come directly from experience. He was raised on a farm in
Carp, Ontario. This background serves him well as he leads
acquisitions at Bonnefield and works directly with farm
operators to build long-term relationships. Wally entered
real estate in 1986. By 1996 he had earned his broker’s license
and by 2000 he had built and was managing a 30-person real
estate office.
An active member in his community, Wally has worked on
many local committees and associations including the Carp
Agricultural Society.

Greg Skotnicki
President, Manderley Turf Products
An Ottawa native, Greg held a number of key executives roles in the private sector before becoming Manderley’s president in 2007.
He completed his MBA at Queen’s University and studied at Royal Military College graduating as a mechanical engineer after which he
spent time with the Canadian Forces as an air navigator.
Greg is an active participant in Turfgrass Producers International and is the President of the Nursery Sod Growers Association of Ontario
(NSGA) leading the NSGA’s Green Certification Program to nursery sod farms across North America.

Bill Stewart

President
Steve is a serial entrepreneur, who is passionate about
helping companies grow and reach their potential. He’s been
building successful companies for over 20 years. He brings
vision and a strong financial understanding to the companies
he works with, challenging himself and the teams he works
with to find innovative ways to improve business. Steve is
also a director with Colonnade Investments and holds several
executive positions within the Colonnade Group.
Bill is on a mission to bring healthier, more sustainable
products into the mainstream. He’s backed by over 20 years
experience in retail, building distribution strategies and
improving the customer experience. He is responsible for
bringing the terra20 store concept to life and creating the
plan for a national retail chain.
Recently Steve received the Governor General’s Canadian
Caring Award for his volunteer work with the Ottawa
Hospital’s Board of Directors.
A huge advocate of sharing knowledge, Bill believes in
training staff as in-store educators, coordinating vendor and
customer feedback and allowing the community to influence
the products on the shelves.

Jan is Chairman of St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation, a leading elder care facility in Ottawa.

Lisa’s focus is marketing and communications. As part of
the Colonnade Investments team, she learns the business,
its customers and the environment, and then uses that
knowledge to position the company and to build and
implement programs that help companies meet their
corporate and revenue objectives. Lisa has more than 20
years working with start up and publicly-traded companies,
leading their marketing and communication functions. Lisa
regularly adjudicates at a national and international level for
the International Association of Business Communicators.
Chris’s focus is finance, administration, and business
operation Prior to joining Colonnade Investments, Chris
was the controller of a regional retail chain where he was
responsible for the company’s finance and administration
functions. He also helped the company to modernize its IT
infrastructure and formalize its business processes.

Chris also spent several years working in the audit group at
Deloitte LLP where he focused on public companies and mid
cap private businesses.
