Wally’s passion for farming and his understanding of farm operators – their challenges, opportunities and sensibilities – come directly from experience. He was raised on a farm in Carp, Ontario. This background serves him well as he leads acquisitions at Bonnefield and works directly with farm operators to build long-term relationships. Wally entered real estate in 1986. By 1996 he had earned his broker’s license and by 2000 he had built and was managing a 30-person real estate office. An active member in his community, Wally has worked on many local committees and associations including the Carp Agricultural Society. Lisa Courtney Lloyd Chris Verrilli Vice President, Marketing Director, Finance Lisa’s focus is marketing and communications. Chris’s focus is finance, administration, and business operation Prior to joining Colonnade Investments, Chris was the controller of a regional retail chain where he was responsible for the company’s finance and administration functions.
