Integridado Ante Todo
Integridado Ante Todo No, we are not trying to show off our skill in Latin. But, this expression, which means integrity above all, speaks to what is, ideally, one of the core values of our profession and is the very fabric of Wickwire Holm. No two individuals could more exemplify this value than our newest partners, J. Scott Barnett and Jennifer Forster. Scott joins us after having spent the past 10 years as in-house counsel to one of Canada’s leading insurance companies. Scott has developed a first class reputation in insurance defence work and has considerable experience in defending against property, casualty and disability claims of all kinds, and in providing coverage opinions and advice in the context of commercial general liability, automobile and property insurance. Scott is looking forward to continuing and expanding his work in these areas and in dispute resolution in general. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Mount Allison University, his law degree from the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar in Nova Scotia in 1998. Scott has served as the solicitor for the Arthritis Society, Nova Scotia Division, and currently sits as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia in Halifax. 2100-1801 Hollis Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia 902.429.4111 wickwireholm.com Scott and his spouse, Karen, reside in the HRM, kept constantly on the go by their three young children.
