HE SCANPUMP PUMPS are designed especially for
pumping and delivery of all common sorts of paper stocks with
consistency up to 6 %, furthermore for water, impure liquids and
sediments.
Design of their hydraulic part with an opened impeller enables to
pump stocks with high efficiency and reliability in service.
According to a pump size their flow rate is ranging from 20 to 6.500
m3/h at delivery head from 5 to 160 m. All parts coming in contact
with the concerned liquid are made of stainless materials providing
a wide range of applications. The hydraulic part is formed by a
right-handed pump casing provided with footing. The delivery part
is made as a tangentially flanged branch. The volute-type casing is
completed with a front plate.

Material
All working parts of the pump, incl. impeller, are casted from
stainless steel, other parts are made of structural steel and grey
cast iron.

These pumps are standardly supplied with mechanical seals
packed with cords. Optionally and according to the given
medium to be pumped we can install also other types of seals.
For stocks with consistency up to 3 % our pumps are provided
with single mechanical seals without rinsing, for stocks with
consistency exceeding 3 % these seals are rinsed.
As to characteristics of particular liquids to be pumped it is
possible to use also doubled mechanical seals or even packing
cartridges.
Alternatively, our pumps can be provided also with dynamical
seals (MasterSeal). This type of the seal is intended especially
for pumps running in day-and-night duty.
