We have seen great momentum with all the Boost Mobile Family Plan promotions and we want it to
continue. We are happy to share that all Boost Mobile Family Plan promotions will be extended through
April 19, 2016. That’s right all Family Plan promotions including the $55 10GB Family Plan 2x the Data Portin promotion, the $35 1.5GB Family Plan, and the $45 5GB Family Plan have all been extended.

Convenience Fees for Boost & Virgin
Customers Processing Payments
Through Care Begins April 17
Beginning on or about April 17, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile will implement a small $3 convenience fee
for all payments made with the assistance of a customer service representative. This convenience fee
impacts any payment transaction that our Dealer Partners make by calling the Dealer Queue on behalf of
the customer.
Important Details
»» The $3 convenience fee applies to any and all payments made with the
assistance of a Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile Care agent. This includes all
payments, regardless of method (e.g. PIN redemption cc/dc), regardless of
plan type (e.g. monthly, daily, paygo), mid-cycle payments, new activation
payments, etc.
»» Be advised that the $3 convenience fee applies every time that a payment
is made with the assistance of Customer Care. This means that that if the
Dealer was to call Care multiple times within the same day to process
multiple payments for the same customer, each payment transaction
would be subject to the $3 convenience fee.

processed with the assist of a Care agent within the past few
months will be receiving SMS notification advising them of the $3
convenience fee that will be implemented as of April 17. Examples

payments for monthly plan customers with the exception of midcycle payments and initial account replenishment.
»» The $3 convenience fee will continue to be waived for Daily
Unlimited plan customers or any payment made via Auto Top-Up/
Auto Re-Boost as well as any self-service option (My Account,
Boost Zone, etc.)

Visual Voicemail Client Redesign
Effective April 1, 2016, the Boost Referral Program will no longer offer Boost
Mobile Wallet rewards. Instead, all referral rewards will be issued as account
service credits. To check the status of your Boost Referral Rewards, go to
www.boostmobile.com/refer.
We heard you! We have made the changes our customers
asked for.
As a friendly reminder, all terms and conditions of your Dealer Agreement
apply, including not engaging in any fraudulent activity. Pursuant to the
agreement, Sprint reserves the right to revise or cancel offers at any time,
investigate any suspicious/fraudulent activity and withhold payments during
its investigation. In the event Sprint determines in its sole discretion, that
fraudulent activity has occurred, Sprint may pursue any and all remedies
available, including but not limited to termination. Please refer to your

EXTENDED Boost Mobile Family Plan - Buy One Get One
(BOGO) Promotion
Please refer to the “Boost Family 10GB Plan Port-in Activation Highlights
Guide” located Retailer Activation Process.
Beginning Jan. 26, 2016, SPG Authorized Retailers in all markets except
Puerto Rico/VI can offer customers great discounts on the select Boost
Mobile handsets listed below when activated on the Boost Family Plan.
»» Up to 4 total lines maximum
yy A minimum of 2 lines are required to establish the Family Plan, both must be
port-ins, and both must initiate the port-in on the same day. (If you activate
Standard Activation customers on these Boost Family Port-in Promotion
plans, they may automatically be changed back to the $45 5GB per line
family plans. This activity is strongly discourages as it will result in a poor
customer experience and which may negatively impact your dealer’s
compensation.
yy Additional lines (to equal 4 total) may be added within the promotional
period. (port-in or new)
»» Duration: Jan. 26- April 19, 2016
»» Available to ALL Dealers in ALL Markets except Puerto Rico/VI
