 Place orders by fax (800.562.2370), by calling orders in, or by emailing them to your region sales rep
from DYK. We have support personnel, based on member region, to aid in order taking efforts. Please

 To become a customer, our preemptive thoughts are to set ASA members up on an individual basis.
Each member will be subject to individual credit assessments or have the option to pay with credit card
or check over the phone. Each member will have an ASA identifier in our system for reporting
purposes, which will make the rebating process manageable.
Example One Week Purchases:
10 cases of Pennzoil Conventional x $2.85 per case rebate = $28.50
5 cases of Pennzoil Full Synthetic x $4.50 per case rebate = $22.50
3 cases of Quaker State Conv. x $4.80 per case rebate = $14.40
