Atta a formare astucci in cartone pressato, microndulato partendo da un fustellato steso prelevato da magazzino. La macchina
è capace di effettuare vari tipi di chiusura superiore come ad incastro, a colla o bollino adesivo ed è estremamente versatile nel
confezionamento di vari prodotti quali buste, sticks, flaconi, flow-pack etc.
La più moderna tecnologia insieme all’elettronica di avanguardia garantiscono una perfetta ed affidabile gestione della formazione,
trasporto e chiusura degli astucci assicurando un funzionamento silenzioso ed armonioso dell’intera macchina, nonché un’ottima
sincronizzazione in linea con altre macchine a monte e a valle.
Il cambio formato, decisamente facile e veloce (richiede meno di 10 minuti senza l’ausilio di utensili), viene realizzato mediante
dispositivi di regolazione mobili con indicatori analogici. Il design è realizzato in conformità alle norme GMP e nel pieno rispetto del
“friendly operation concept” che facilita qualsiasi operazione di accesso, manutenzione e di intervento.

A
utomatic vertical machine which shapes/closes trays and display boxes with or without cover.
It is fit to shape pressed, micro-undulated cardboard boxes, starting from a flat carton picked up from the store. The machine
can work various kinds of top closures such as flap tuck, with adhesive sticker or hot-melt, and is extremely versatile in the
packaging of various products such as sachets, stickpacks, bottles, flow-packs, etc.
The most modern technology together with the upgraded electronics guarantee a perfect and reliable control during the forming,
the transport and the closing phases of the boxes ensuring a silent, harmonious running of the entire machine along with an
excellent synchronization in line with the other upstream and downstream machines.
The size changeover is quick and easy (it requires less than 10 minutes without any tools) and is performed by mobile adjustment
devices with analogical indicators.
The design is made in compliance with GMP standards and in complete respect of the “friendly operation concept” which makes
easier any access operation, maintenance and intervention operation easier.

Die Maschine ist geeignet, um aus gepresster, Mikrowellpappe Kartons herzustellen, die aus einem Lager als flache Stanzform
entnommen werden. Die Maschine kann unterschiedliche Oberverschließungen ausführen, wie beispielsweise verkantet, mit
Klebeband, mit Leim und ist extrem vielseitig in der Verpackung der verschiedenen Produkte in Beutel, Hüllen, Sticks, Etuis,
Flakons, Flow-pack usw.
Die moderne Technologie und die zur Avantgarde gehörende Elektronik garantieren die perfekte und zuverlässige Ausführung
der Zusammensetzung, des Transports und der Kartonverschlüße. All das garantiert den leisen und harmonischen Betrieb der
gesamten Maschine und ebenso eine ausgezeichnete Abstimmung auf die anderen Maschinen (Anfang- und Endelinie).
Der Formatwechsel, ist äußerst leicht und schnell (erfordert weniger als 10 Minuten ohne Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen)und wird
mittels beweglichen Einstellvorrichtungen mit analogen Anzeigen ausgeführt.
Das Design wurde in Übereinstimmung mit den GMP-Normen unter vollem Einbezug des “friendly operation concept” geplant und
realisiert. Dies erleichtert den Zugriff auf die Maschine wie auch die Wartung.

Adaptée à former les étuis en carton, microndulé, en partant d’un étui à plat prélevé dans le magasin, la machine est capable
d’effectuer différents types de fermeture, à l’encastrement, à colle ou étiquettes auto-adhésifs et elle estt extrêmement versatile
dans le conditionnement des produits différents tels que sachets, sticks, flacons, flow-pack, pots etc.
La technologie moderne combinée à l’électronique d’avant-garde, garantie une gestion parfaite et fiable de la formation, du
transport et de la fermeture des étuis, en assurant un fonctionnement silencieux et harmonieux de l’ensemble de la machine, ainsi
qu’une synchronisation en ligne avec d’autres machines en amont et en aval.
Le changement de format, t facile et rapide demande moins de 10 minutes sans outillage, il est réalisé par dispositifs de régulation

Apta a formar estuches en carton prensado o micro ondulado empezando desde troquelado plano recojido del almacen, la
máquina realiza varios tipos de cierres superiores tales como: a encaje, a cola o etiqueta adhesiva y es extremamente versatil en el
envase de varios productos como sachets, stick, frascos, flow-pack etc.
La mas moderna tecnologìa junto a la electrónica de vanguardia garantizan una perfecta y fiable gestión de la formación, transporte
y cierre de los estuches asegurando un funcionamiento silencioso y armonioso de la máquina, ademas de una optima sincronización
en linea con las otras máquinas ubicadas antes y despues.
El cambio de tamaño decididamente facil y veloz (se necesitan menos de 10 minutos sin el empleo de herramientas) se realiza con
el auxilio de reglajes moviles con indicadores analogicos.
El dibujo ha sido realizado en conformidad a la normas GMP y en el pleno respcto del “friendly operation concept” que facilita
