Last year we presented this world-class super car—an outstanding achievement in form, function and an
insane amount of carbon fiber. Those lucky enough to see this car first-hand witnessed what was thought
could be the perfect vehicle—full engine and suspension mods, complete carbon fiber body and interior
and a full Xtant sound system. So how do you top that? You rip out the system, change a bunch of handmade carbon fiber parts and tune the engine once again. The result? Perfection of the perfect car.

making the body bolder, the engine smoother and the audio system even tighter. Designed to resemble
a mid-engine, 10 cylinder motor,
this hand-built "rack" holds 10

series 12" subwoofers and a host
of StreetWires caps, blocks, wires
and interconnects. Hidden below
the "rack" are also 2 Xtant x series
x1001 amplifiers (1 for the two Xtant
12s in the "rack" and 1 for another
Xtant 12" x series subwoofer in
the front trunk. Speakers include 1
Xtant XIS 2.5 in a custom carbon
fiber trim ring mounted in the top
center of the dash, 2 more Xtant XIS
2.5s built into custom carbon fiber
enclosures in the front and 2 Xtant

carbon fiber enclosure in the rear (all powered by the 10 xtant1.1is in the "rack"). Add in the additional
processors, navigation and video screens, and it's a wonder there was any room left for the custom
Recarro seats and the hand made carbon fiber interior. Good thing the xtant1.1is pack so much power into
such a small space.
We have to wonder, is Patrick thinking about changing the Porsche one more time,
or does he have another Super Car project on the drawing board? Either way, we
know he'll be using Xtant for the audio system. After all, he does like the finer things.

A Really BIGG Deal
When you stand 6' 6" tall and tip the scales at over 380, you need
one big vehicle. But a big vehicle isn't enough for NFL Offensive
Tackle, Leonard "Bigg" Davis. Just look at his 2003 Cadillac Escalade
ESV. This completely custom ride includes monsterous engine mods,
massive body mods, a 6 liter, supercharged engine swap, interior
swap with suede and alligator skin, and of course, a 10,000 watt Xtant
audio system. Redone in alligator, suede and leather, the massive
center console flows back past the rear passenger seats into the rear
subwoofer enclosure (football shaped) with twelve 12" Xtant hexagon
shaped subs. Behind that reside seven mono-block Xtant amplifiers
(X1001) each running a pair of the 4 ohm Xtant subwoofers paralleled
down to 2 ohms. Wired with StreetWires, this is one "BIGG" vehicle.

X Series amplifiers define high-end with built-in 24dB high/low/
bandpass electronic crossovers, noise gate circuitry (X603 and
X604), sophisticated protection circuitry, and an automated thermal
management system. Balanced line inputs, internal accessory docking
ports, fully regulated PWM power supply, hand-matched MOSFET
output stage, gold plated RCA connections and a thermally controlled,
forced air fan cooling system puts X Series amplifiers above all others.
These incredible features are housed in a stunning stainless steel
cover with a black mesh insert. The extended cover angles over the
wiring connections to conceal and protect all connections.

Take A Look Under The Hood
(1) Expandable open architecture design – On-board Expansion Ports
accept accessory modules for bass boost, one-band parametric EQ,
and Remote Gain Control. This concept, unique to Xtant, allows you to
tailor an amplifier configuration to your own listening preferences.
(2) Fully regulated PWM power supply – Xtant builds its power
supplies to use voltage ranging from 10VDC to 15VDC. This real world
voltage range combined with extra current storage inside the amp
means that you get all the power we promise…all the time.
24dB/octave front and mono-channel crossovers – Xtant provides
on-board processing to customize your music. Two independent
crossovers can be set up as high, low, or band pass with a frequency
that you choose.
(6) Balanced, differential pre-amp input circuitry – Using this
design, the amplifier accepts a wide range of input voltages and
reduces induced noise from the audio signal. This circuitry increases
installation possibilities by allowing you to use audio from either
after-market and factory installed source units.

takes smarts and careful engineering to produce big power in a small
footprint. Our Adaptive Class D amplifiers were designed to drive
subwoofers with increased power output and less current draw in a
highly efficient manner while still fitting into a small package. With the
variable low-pass crossover, built-in compression circuit, the EBC2,
and the Thunder EQ these are amps to be feared.

When you need an amp as flexible as a high school cheerleader, you
need a Thunder 5- or 4-channel power amplifier.
If you’re looking to upgrade a system in one step, our Thunder
5-channel amplifier may be the perfect fit. Run an entire system off
of a single unit—can you say 5.1 surround sound? The MTX 5-Channel amplifier delivers it all. This amplifier is flexible in its design, for
a single amplifier/factory integration that makes sense. The crossover
is fixed at 85 Hz, defeatable high-pass on the front and rear, and lowpass on the sub channel. Thunder895 also features Thunder EQ bass
boost and EBC port.

crossovers on both front and rear channels

Summed Output” jacks provide a line
level summed output of the right front/
right rear and left front/left rear input
signals—use it to drive an external
subwoofer amplifier. Plus, there's our
Thunder EQ bass boost! Models like

flexible crossover configuration (front
& rear is high-pass/low-pass switchable and defeatable, both fixed at 85Hz)

Thunder 2-channel amplifiers are another way for us to deliver a
winning combination of bold aesthetic appeal, unsurpassed power
and flexibility all in one package. Our engineers designed these
amplifiers to supply a dynamic and accurate musical reproduction
while maintaining ultimate control and flexibility
The flexibility starts with the crossover. Most models feature 12dB/
octave high-pass, 24dB/octave low-pass, variable from 40Hz to 200Hz.
In low-pass mode, the outputs are mono at 24dB/octave. It’s highly
flexible, with the varying slopes on the low and high-pass providing
improved “bass up front”. It also features the now-famous Thunder
EQ bass boost. Because of the high power output potential of our
2-channel amps, we’ve included our compression circuit. This way,
when you turn the volume up very, very high, the amp won’t go into
clipping during dynamic musical passages (this saves the life of your
speakers).

If you plan to use the high-level inputs from the factory radio, our
“Smart Engage” auto-turn-on circuit makes installation a snap—you
won’t even have to remove the factory radio.

Weighing in at over 50lbs each, Thunder9500 Superwoofers
are the most physically menacing woofers we’ve ever

of handling between 750 and 1000 watts RMS. Their amazing

magnets and a 4” black anodized aluminum former with a voice

Thunder4500 subwoofers feature the same ALDS
(Asymmetrical Linear Drive System) common to all
MTX Audio Thunder subwoofers (the flat progressive
spider, combined with the extended pole piece).
Tinsel leads are woven into the spider and mated
to heavy duty chrome push terminals. And, plus
we’ve added some other touches to make sure these
speakers perform way past your expectations. The
428˚ F copper voice coil is wound on an Apical voice coil
former for extremely reliable, high power handling. Don't
forget MTX’s proprietary Spider Plateau Venting technology, which
ensures a cooler subwoofer. The strontium ferrite magnet yields a
highly efficient speaker (more efficient means better use of your
amplifier power), and the folded window basket is as durable as it is

Our Bass Pump subwoofers are for you. This
full line of subs was designed to be driven
hard and fast while still putting out tight,
accurate bass. Made with the strongest
most durable parts we could find, these woofers were conceived by some of the
finest acoustical engineers in the world.
The BP series is comprised of 10” and 12” models each available in single or dual 4Ω 1.5” voice coil variations and feeatures textured poly cone and dustcap, blue zinc chromatefinished front plate and yoke, chrome compression terminals, nuclear Yellow stamped steel basket, and special rubber coated tinsel leads.
The “coolest” feature of our BP woofers is our Spider Plateau Venting system. Basically,
it works like this: cool air is sucked through vented aluminum grilles, from all angles, directly onto the voice coil as the cone moves forward. As the cone moves
backward, it pushes warm air out, off of the voice coil. This is way more efficient
and effective than traditional venting
techniques.

by the same technology incorporated in MTX ThunderForm enclosures. MagnaForm enclosures are
