About this report
JuneWarren-Nickle’s Energy Group (JWN), the most trusted provider of information and insight
for the Canadian energy industry, has developed this report to analyze quarterly drilling company
market shares, well type and depth, and producer activity breakdowns for each of the western
Canadian PSAC regions.
The top drilling contractors and producers by category in Q1 2016 are not necessarily the same
top drilling contractors and producers for the previous periods in Q4 2015 and Q1 2015. The
same drilling contractors and producers were shown for the three periods to provide a consistent
basis of comparison and to highlight the changes and trends in the results.
