When a customer requests “Preferred” specs, shipping
will check inventory for the closest match possible and
fill the order.
When a customer requests “Only” specs, shipping will
check inventory for a match. If not available, Customer
Service will call the customer and inform them of the
closest spec on hand.
You then have three options: 1) Ship the ball, 2) Cancel
the ball, or 3) Leave the ball on back order for the next
shipment and we will note in the Remarks, “Hold for
next shipment”. Keep in mind, if we have inventory
on hand it may be some time before another order is
placed. Also, we cannot request specs from the manufacturers.

Storm Holiday Specials
Especially at this time of year it is important to get a
second choice for any Christmas gifts. We have done
our best to fill our warehouses with the most popular
balls, bags, and shoes. However there are some models
that various manufacturers have not been able to fill our
requests.

production. We will inform you when they become

Bags: The biggest concern are some models of the
Brunswick Gear bags, which we have been waiting
for since September, and the Kooler, Royal. We are
anticipating their arrival later this month. Global Fresh
single totes are in route to the Chicago warehouse.

an ownership change which brings with it some styles
being discontinued. Customer Service is doing their

apart to make installation simple without having to take
the machine apart. In an emergency, this belt is a must.
You can be up and running in minutes. It is stocked in
the Red Wing warehouse.

Kegel and Bobs’ Business are running a KPP pinsetter

The next item is the pin wheel ring steel tube guide roller
(000021211). Cost is $28.09 There is also a rebuildable
nylon roller (V-000021211-S) for $25.09
Another item to watch is the ring tube. At least once a
year, check to make sure the bolts are tight.

Brunswick Feature Items
Brunswick Tip by Brian Paulus
Are you tired of stocking dozens of V-Belts for the
pinsetter? It never fails, you have 6 of one belt and
none of the one that you need. Zot has Link Belts in 2
different widths 1/2” (Z-420190) and 5/8” (Z-420189)
which are sold in 20’ rolls. The link belt is very simple
to install. Cut the length you need and twist and lock.
That’s it! The 5/8” belt will take care of the following
belts: all 7 motor to gearbox; all 4 motor to elevator;
long turrets; pit conveyor drive belts; short turret drive
belts; cross conveyor “V” drive; and the jack shaft
drive. The 1/2” is suitable for the endless ball wheel
belt, spliced pin wheel and regular pin wheel. Belting
material is an oil and chemical resistant polyurethane/
polyester composite construction.
Solving A2 long belt tracking problems can be
expensive, but we have a solution. When the long
Accelerator Belts becomes stretched and out of
adjustment, the ball slips or gets tossed out of the
return. With today’s reactive bowling balls and heavier
lane oils, the problem is multiplied. This Accelerator
Support Conversion Kit (Z-420206) reduces wear on the
Pulley or Pulley Shaft by repositioning the Accelerator
Assembly. The belt’s tension and lateral movement is
reduced as the ball passes the apex of the track. The kit
is far less expensive than replacing flat surface pulleys
with high crowned accelerator pulleys. By updating the
return, it will return two to three balls at a time.
