NOTES
Healthy Relationships
o Think before you act, have respect for your
partners, and yourself.
o Have a stable life by including: respect,
tolerance, and sharing ideas on the
relationship.
o Good communication is important, so is
telling the truth about yourself.
o When there is a little disagreement, make
sure to clarify quickly to avoid
consequences in a relationship.
Mayra Escobal Perez
In a family lead good communication, and
accept ourselves as we are. Deal with people
out of much respect and sincerity. Try to tell
each other our mistakes in a nice way to
improve on our mistakes and be better every
day. And especially say “thank you” all the
time to people for favors because it makes us
feel better, even though we are a family.

When living a fast paced life of work,
children, and family, things can become
hectic. So you might think eating out a
couple times a week might be the only way
to feed your family. But this is not the best
for your family.
Eating out could be bad for several reasons;
the foods could have fats, too many calories,
and high sodium. High sodium could lead to
hypertension, which would mean you are at
risk for a heart attack.
It is better to eat homemade foods with low
salt. A couple of good substitutes for salt are:
cilantro, basil, paprika, garlic powder,
oregano, and many other natural herbs and
spices. It gives your food a new twist that
brings you out of the regular day foods.
Also enjoy eating with your family because
you should know everything that goes on in
your family. If it is boring cooking alone try
cooking with your kids, your family, or your
friends. You will have fun, and then later
they can cook for you.
