Guidelines for TOPS’L Beach &
Racquet Resort Weddings & Events
The following guidelines define the bookings and use of the
TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort for weddings and events:
All bookings of weddings and events at TOPS’L Beach &
Racquet Resort must be made through the ResortQuest Group Sales
Department a 800-654-4030 and are booked on a first come,
first serve basis.
A minimum number of rooms are required to rent the meeting
facilities at the TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort.
Room Minimum Guideline:
200 Guests = 25 Rooms Required
150 Guests = 18 Rooms Required
100 Guests = 12 Rooms Required
75 Guests = 9 Rooms Required
50 Guests = 6 Rooms Required
25 Guests = 3 Rooms Required
**If minimum room requirement is not met the charge for use of
the beach for ceremony is $1500.00**
Wedding and Event Venues
TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort Pool Deck = $1500/day
Rental includes 2000 square foot Centre Court Conference Room in
case ofinclement weather, set-up, tables, chairs and white linen. Quiet
time on the pool deck is 10pm all events must end at this time as to not
disturb other guests staying at the resort.
Centre Court Conference Room at TOPS’L Beach & Racquet
Resort (2000 square feet) = $1000/day
Rental includes set-up, tables, chairs and white linens.
Payment and Cancellations
The full rental fee is due within 14 days of booking. If the event is
cancelled at anytime you will forfeit fifty percent of the rental fee.
Events cancelled within 60 days of arrival will forfeit full rental fee.
ResortQuest offers full service catering. Outside Vendors may be used
for photography, decorations, ceremony, florist and wedding cake.
