CREATIVES – institutions exhibitions CREATIVES – professionals Inspiring renditions and examples of professional design produced by experienced and recognized industrial designers and architects, design studios and firms combined with presentations of design promoting institutions constitutes the other pillar and a valuable supplement to the CREATIVES zone. Room for the future generation is the zone’s new pillar. It has been dedicated to young designers and architects, offering them an opportunity to present new creative design solutions for the objects, equipment and facilities in our environment. CREATIVES – professionals Zone: EDUCATION A venue for presenting the achievements of artistic and technical European universities. The area will be occupied by information stands and exhibitions by students majoring in industrial design and product design. A review of numerous student initiatives and the best diploma projects offer a great opportunity to present the potential and the achievements of European tertiary education in the realm of design. Presentations of universities’ achievements Zone: KNOWLEDGE Area dedicated to the trade press. A zone offering a wide array of magazines and books on industrial design and architecture. The offer is topped with presentations of the latest software, equipment, technologies and materials for project model or architectural mock-up development. publications Zone: THE CITY LIVES FOR DESIGN At the time of the event, the whole city of Poznań is dedicated to design. Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie has initiated an exhibition and workshop programme outside the fair grounds, encouraging local companies, universities and self-governments to attend. The partners included the Marshal’s Office of the Wielkopolska Region and the Office of the City of Poznań.
