The 3D sensor dermaTOP-HE is dedicated to measure local areas with the highest definition. It is specifically designed to provide a precise measurement and an examination of the skin for dermatological and
cosmetic applications, without necessity to use replicas of the skin.
The system is successfully used for the effectiveness analysis of anti-aging, anti-wrinkles and skin-care products.
Based on a patented fringe projection unit using blue light combined
with stereo imaging techniques, the DermaTOP-HE 3D scanner offers
performance and flexibility to address many different studies of the
skin topography : mostly in vivo or even on replica, ranging from micro-relief hydration, wrinkles reduction and many more!
The complete solution comes with our VisioTOP-300 bench designed
for reproducible positioning and re-positioning of the panellists.
The DermaTOP-HE system uses different sets of lenses to adapt the
field of view to the needs of the application :
• FOV HE-60 measures a reasonable area of 50 x 40 mm² with a lateral resolution of 20 μm which gives access to microrelief, fine lines, wrinkles, pores, information quantitatively.
• FOV HE-125 is dedicated to cellulite dimples, lips fine lines and volumes, nasolabial folds, eye bags, sagging, glabella, forehead, perioral.
