“3 Brothers Winery built a cider and beer production facility in 2016 under the name
War Horse Brewing Company. A large amount of CO2 is needed as an inert gas and for
carbonating our beverages. Haun Welding Supply has been with us during that process,
meeting all of our needs during development and now for expansion. Thanks to the team at
Haun, from the salespeople, to engineers, to delivery people for helping make this project
possible.”

Gas supply is one of Haun’s major market segments, and increasing demand led to
the creation in 2005 of Haun Specialty Gases, a high-efficiency gas fill plant that supplies
high pressure industrial and medical gases, as well as high purity specialty gases. Haun’s gas
plant in Syracuse boasts one of the largest fill islands in the country at 120 feet long and 20
feet wide. In addition, the Syracuse plant is fully automated for all high pressure and liquid
gases—a first in the industry. Haun has expanded capacity and responsiveness by adding fill
plants in Buffalo, Rochester, and Glens Falls.
