This letter provides the County's response to your inquiry as whether the County
asserts a fee interest in the above described properties. This response is
prepared only for the purposes of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's
issuance of buoy permits and is not intended to be used for rendering any other
real property determinations.
Property Description: Assessor Parcel Numbers 092-180-008 and 092-190010 between Block 8 and Lake Tahoe and the "Lane" between Lots 3 and 4 of
Block 8, as shown on the map of Cedar Flat Subdivision, filed in Book H of Maps,
at Page 82 Official Records, Placer County, and as shown on the attached
Assessor's Map Book 92 Pages 18 an 19.
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in the
above described properties. However, this determination does not preclude the
County's assertion of any other non-fee interest.

This letter provides the County's response to your inquiry as to the County's
interest in the above described properties. This response is prepared only for the
purposes of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's (TRPA) issuance of buoy
permits and is not intended to be used for rendering any other real property
determinations.
Property Description: APNs 098-200-011 and 098-210-010, Tahoma, Placer
County, CA (Pomin Park) as shown on the attached Assessor's Map Book 98
Pages 20 and 21.
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in the
above described properties. However, this determination does not preclude the
County's assertion of any other non-fee interest. Please note that this research
and recorded maps (Book 20 of Surveys Page 108, Book 14 of Surveys Page 52,
and various deeds of record) did however reveal the possibility that the upland
owners may not have an interest in the subject properties that should be further
investigated by TRPA.

Dear Gabby,
This letter provides the County's response to your inquiry as whether the County asserts a fee
interest in the properties described below. This response is prepared only for the purposes of
the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's issuance of buoy permits and is not intended to be used
for rendering any other real property determinations.
Property Description: Strip of land labeled "Bathing Beach Shelving Sand" on the Woodvista
Subdivision filed in Book D of Maps, at Page 12, Official Records of Placer County. Said strip of
land is currently shown as APN 117-140-005 and 117-180-013. Those portions of said strip that
County has no fee interest in are as follows:
1. All that portion of APN 117-140-005 adjoining and lying southerly of Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 117-140-015, 117-140-016 and 117-140-003 (the Cooper and Kendall
properties), bounded on the west by the southerly extension of the west boundary of the
Cooper property; bounded on the east by the southerly extension of the east boundary
of the Kendall property; and bounded on the south by the low water line of Lake Tahoe
pursuant to that Amended Settlement Agreement between the County of Placer and
property owners Cooper and Kendall, recorded as Document Number 2008-0073041,
O.R.P.C.
2. All that portion of APN 117-140-005 adjoining and lying southerly of Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 117-180-015 and 117-180-016, (the Shaw and Vasquez properties), bounded
on the west by the southerly extension of the west boundary of the Shaw property;
bounded on the east by the southerly extension of the east boundary of the Vasquez
property; and bounded on the south by the low water line of Lake Tahoe pursuant to that
Amended Settlement Agreement between the County of Placer and property owners
Shaw and Vasquez, recorded as Document Number 2008-0072943, O.R.P.C.
3. All that portion of APN 117-180-013 adjoining and lying southerly of Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 117-180-017 and 117-180-018, (the Coffeng and Davis properties), bounded
on the west by the southerly extension of the west boundary of the Coffeng property;

Davis (said Agreement has not been recorded as of the date of this letter).
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in those portions of
"Bathing Beach Shelving Sand" properties described in numbers 1, 2, and 3 above. The
remainder of the beach property (Secline Beach) is being studied by the County and a response
as to the County's interest will be forthcoming. Please note that this determination does not
preclude the County's assertion of any other non-fee interest.

Dear Gabby,
This letter provides the County's response to your inquiry as whether the County asserts a fee
interest in the properties described below. This response is prepared only for the purposes of
the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's issuance of buoy permits and is not intended to be used
for rendering any other real property determinations.
Property Description: Area shown as "Lake Avenue" lying easterly of Lots 53 through 102,
inclusive, bounded on the north by the north line of Cherry Street, bounded on the south by the
south line of South Street, and bounded on the east by Lake Tahoe as shown on the map of
"Lakeside on Lake Tahoe" filed in Book A of Maps, at Page 13, Official Records of Placer
County.
Note: Lots 87 through 95, lying between Fawn and Silver Streets as shown on said map (A
Maps 13) have been resubdivided (Book M of Maps, Page 79 and book U of Maps, at Page 39).
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in the above described
property. However, this determination does not preclude the County's assertion of any other
non-fee interest.

the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's issuance of buoy permits and is not intended to be used
for rendering any other real property determinations.
Property Description: The area shown as "Lake Boulevard" lying easterly on Lots 1 through
10, inclusive, bounded on the north by the south line of South Street and bounded on the south
by the southerly line of Tahoe Ski Bowl Way (Formerly El Capitan Avenue) as shown on the
map of "McKinney Tract Subdivision No. 1" filed in Book C of Maps, at Page 13, Official
Records of Placer County.
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in the above described
property. However, this determination does not preclude the County's assertion of any other
non-fee interest.

This letter provides the County's response to your inquiry as whether the County
asserts a fee interest in the above described property. This response is prepared only
for the purposes of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's issuance of buoy permits
and is not intended to be used for rendering any other real property determinations.
Property Description: Harbor Avenue as shown on the map of Lake Vista
Subdivision, filed in Book D of Maps, Pages 22A and 22B, Official Records, Placer
County and as shown on the attached Assessor's Map Book 90 Page 32.
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in the above
described property. However, this determination does not preclude the County's
assertion of any other non-fee interest.

interest in the properties described below. This response is prepared only for the purposes of
the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's issuance of buoy permits and is not intended to be used
for rendering any other real property determinations.
Property Description:
All that portion of the area designated as "Bay Street' on the map of Carnelian Bay on Lake
Tahoe filed January 6, 1908 in Book C of Maps, at Page 14, O.R.P.C., lying southerly of Lots 1
through 6 inclusive, of Block Q and southerly of the east 10 feet of Lot 7 of Block Q; bounded on
the south by the low-water line of Lake Tahoe; bounded on the east by the southerly extension
of the east line of Lot 1; and bounded on the west by the southerly extension of the west line of
the east 10 feet of said Lot 7;
Excepting therefrom, those portions of Bay Street described by that Resolution of Abandonment
.recorded in Book 1865 at Page 468, O.R.P.C.
County's Interest: The County of Placer does not assert a fee interest in the above described
property. However, this determination does not preclude the County's assertion of any other
non-fee interest.
