Die erste InterActive Conference wurde im Traditionshotel Gellert in Budapest veranstaltet.

Unsere erste HYLA InterActive
Conference IAC im Traditionshotel Gellert in Budapest vom
27. bis 29. Juni 2003 fand eine
durchweg positive Resonanz
bei allen Teilnehmern!
Diese neue Form von Importeur-Meeting wurde
von HYLA International
ins Leben gerufen, um
den Erfahrungsaustausch
unter den Importeuren
auf internationaler Ebene
zu intensivieren und das
erworbene Know-how
weiterzugeben.
Insgesamt konnte Wilfried Metzger 24 Teilnehmer aus
elf Ländern zu der ersten IAC begrüßen. Moderiert wurde diese erste IAC von Giuseppe Madonia, Executive
Assistant bei HYLA International. Insbesondere Importeure aus Europa – aber auch aus Asien, wie Importeur
Kousei Kubota und seine Delegation aus Japan – waren
zu dieser Konferenz angereist. Daher entschied man
sich, diese in englischer Sprache abzuhalten.
An zwei Tagen gab es bei dieser IAC insgesamt fünf
Vorträge und Präsentationen mit sehr interessanten
Themeninhalten.
Alle Beiträge wurden von den Teilnehmern als extrem
nützlich und hilfreich für das tägliche HYLA-Geschäft
bewertet. Nach Ende der Vorträge und Präsentationen wurden alle Teilnehmer von den ungarischen
Gastgebern, Istvan & Zita Seres, zur Besichtigung des
HYLA-Vertriebsbüros Ungarn eingeladen, wo sich die
Importeure ausführlich informieren konnten.
Istvan & Zita hatten aber auch ein interessantes Rahmenprogramm organisiert. Mit Pferdekutschen, mit
Bus und per Pedes erkundete man am 2. Tag – nach

Ende der Konferenz – das historische Budapest, das
neben der wunderschönen Fischerbastei auch noch viele andere wunderschöne und historisch interessante
Bauwerke zu bieten hat.
Mit einem gemeinsamen Abendessen – bei ungarischen Klängen und Spezialitäten – beendete man die
erste IAC.
Wir bedanken uns noch einmal bei allen Teilnehmern
für ihr Kommen und bei Istvan & Zita für ihre tolle
Gastfreundschaft sowie bei den Gastrednern für ihre
wertvollen Beiträge!
Die Auswertung der Fragebögen hat uns gezeigt, dass
das Interesse und der Bedarf an einer solchen Konferenz sehr groß ist.
Deshalb wollen wir ab 2004 zwei IAC pro Jahr abhalten.
Genaueres dazu erhalten Sie im Oktober – bei unserer
HYLA-Jahreskonferenz in Florida!

Our first HYLA InterActive Conference IAC was held at
the prominent hotel ”Gellert” in Budapest from June 2729, 2003. IAC received a very positive response from all
participants! This new method of Importers’ Meeting
was established by HYLA International in order to intensify the exchange of experiences on an international
basis and to pass on this knowledge. Wilfried Metzger
was able to welcome 24 participants from 11 countries.
Giuseppe Madonia, Executive Assistant at HYLA International, led the IAC. Mainly Importers from Europe
but also from Asia such as Importer Kousei Kubota and
his associates from Japan attended the Conference.
Therefore, it was decided to hold it in English. The IAC
took part in two days with 5 presentations containing
very interesting subjects.

All participants rated these presentations extremely
valuable and helpful in their daily HYLA business.
After the presentations, our Hungarian hosts Istvan &
Zita Seres invited all participants to visit the Sales Offices of HYLA Hungary where they gathered sufficient
information. Istvan & Zita also organized an interesting
sightseeing tour.
On the second day after the official ending of the IAC,
all participants explored the ancient Budapest by horse
drawn coaches, by bus, and on foot. Besides the beautiful Fishermen’s Bastion, they visited numerous other
historically interesting and magnificent monuments.
After having a common dinner with Hungarian folk
music and specialities, the IAC complete.
We would like to thank all participants once more
for their involvement, Istvan & Zita for their great
hospitality, as well as the speakers for their valuable
contributions!
We have evaluated the questionnaires of the first IAC
and they have proved that there is a high interest and
demand for these types of conferences.
Therefore, we will hold two IACs yearly commencing
2004!

While visiting the Hungarian Sales Offices of
Istvan and Zita, an „exchange of experiences
on an international basis“ was put into action. After the conference, all participants
could enjoy Hungarian culinary specialities
as well as Hungarian and international folk
music.

HYLA U.S. and its Regional Supervisors gathered for an informative weekend workshop. There were several topics discussed. Hartmut Gassmann
and John Prock presented several aspects including the introduction of the
Supervisor Handbook, Distributor Sales and Promotion Handbook, and
Administrative Distributor Set-up Package. Sam Schmidt and each Regional
Supervisor presented their own topics with a complete presentation. HYLA
U.S. gladly welcomed their newest HYLA associates Mr. Frank Birch and Mr.
Greg Campau. They have recently joined the loyal HYLA Regional Supervisors
Mr. Roy Edwards and Mr. Thomas Brown, which have been with HYLA U.S.
for several years! It was an informative meeting! HYLA U.S. also introduced
Importer Month Contest and issued all quotas not only to Supervisors but
Distributors, Managers, and Dealers as well. Importer Month Contest 2003
will be in Las Vegas!
HYLA U.S. is confident this informative meeting will be a progressive tool to
their successful future in HYLA!

HYLA AIR DISINFECTANT
The HYLA AIR DISINFECTANT is a product capable to disinfect air impressively. By adding the HYLA AIR
DISINFECTANT into the HYLA water pan, the sucked air will be disinfected during purification of the air or
during suction; therefore, air free of germs will leave the HYLA. The HYLA AIR DISINFECTANT is available
as a spray so the customer can spray it directly into the air.
But the HYLA AIR DISINFECTANT has even more features!
If dirty water remains in the water pan for extensive time, despite our recommendation of not doing so,
germination of water and the HYLA is avoided by adding this product! Additionally, all air channels of the
HYLA will automatically be cleaned causing elimination of germs and bacteria each time when applying
the HYLA!
HYLA SURFACE DISINFECTANT
The HYLA SURFACE DISINFECTANT has an optimum cleaning effect and simultaneously an impressive disinfecting effect on all surfaces. Shortly after spraying onto the objects being cleaned or disinfected, all germs,
bacteria or spurs will be eliminated.
This HYLA SURFACE DISINFECTANT can especially be used for carpeted floors, which are very often polluted
with germs and bacteria that are a potential hazard to our health. By the re-greasing effect of this product,
the cleaned surface (carpeted floors) will simultaneously be preserved and will be protected from being
polluted again. To clean mattresses and upholstery, just spray onto the objects, wait a few minutes, and
apply the HYLA. Of course, this product can clean all HYLA accessories, too.
