and in which we are not prepared to invest our own
capital.
In proposing solutions to achieve your goals, we are
always oriented toward innovative but simultaneously very concrete, feasible, commercially and developmentally realizable, and profitable proposals
and projects during the realization of which we will

About our company
leta
A brief history
Our vision
The Hosting Group began in 1997 with a small company in Ptuj, Slovenia, and the energy of one individual. Its growth continued with the widening of
activities, the establishment of a network of competent collaborators, the opening of an office in
Ljubljana, and a transformation into a company
with six specialized but synergetically linked centers
that are extremely capable of offering comprehensive
interdisciplinary but at the same time highly specialized support to the development and operation of
projects in the field of tourism and hospitality.
Hosting wants to continue the growth and remain the
most widely recognized and effective company with
the most comprehensive offer for professional consultation, engineering, and development of investment
projects by linking opportunities, projects, and international capital in central, southeastern and eastern Europe, specializing in the field of tourism and
the leisure time industry. Our connecting of the diverse expert knowledge and partner companies with
interdisciplinary knowledge and capital power for
the realization of ideas will accelerate the growth of
tourism, strengthen the leisure time industry, guarantee companies and their collaborators a competitive advantage, growth and long-term stability and
the successful and profitable realization of projects
that become leading examples of good and successful
practice throughout the region.
Our work began with consulting projects for tourist
destinations and tourist companies and continued
with the proactive planning challenges of numerous
development projects of our own for which we had to
find clients. And we found them. In ten years, the
company has met hundreds of challenges and with
its ideas has expanded many frontiers in the perception of tourism. Hosting soon began to project its
knowledge and experience into the international environment and by establishing companies, widening its network of collaborators in the countries of
central and southeastern Europe, and linking with
partners throughout the world became an international group of companies recognized by both the
public and private sectors as a reliable and innovative partner that in every corner of one of the fastest
growing regions of Europe is establishing new opportunities for the development of tourism.

Hotel Management – “Story Hotels” Brand
Hosting trademark for the development and management
of a chain of distinctive small hotels
In 2006, the Hosting Group became the owner of the
Hotel Mitra in Ptuj’s old city center and thus began to
actively and concretely realize its own development
project of establishing a chain of distinctive small
hotels. In 2008, after renovations and the reorganization of operations, the Hotel Mitra will be the first
to introduce the high standards and new trademark
of “hotels with a story,” Story Hotels.
grading of existing facilities in accordance with the
standards of the Story Hotels chain, and on the other
it will provide the professional knowledge and standards for the successful operation and marketing in
the increasingly demanding international tourist
market (until the establishment of the Story Hotels
Management company, Hosting Svetovanje d.o.o.
will undertake these tasks).
The Hosting Group established the “Story Hotels”
project in 2005 and in 2007 completed the elaboration of special standards for the facilities and furnishings, services, and management of the smaller
hotels in the Story Hotels chain. These standards
have been derived from trends in the international
market and modeled on the more individual and
distinctive services and hotels with highly professional services and comfort for guests. The slogan of the
chain, “Always your home,” reflects our vision of creating a “home away from home” for guests wherever
our Story Hotels are located.
The Story Hotels Management unit of the Hosting
Group offers the owners of buildings (including municipalities and other bodies in the public sector that
wish to develop a high quality accommodation offer
in their areas), investors, the owners of existing hotel
facilities who wish to upgrade or improve their operations, and the owners of buildings it is possible to
convert into smaller hotels the following forms of
business cooperation:
The Hosting Group has set itself the goal that in fifteen years at least fifty 3-star+ to 5-star hotels will be
operating under the Story Hotels banner—and under
the special standards of the Story Hotels chain—in
Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Montenegro, and other countries of central and eastern Europe. They will operate under a franchise arrangement administered and granted by the Story
Hotels Management company, an affiliate of the
Hosting Group that will be established when there
are between three and five hotels in the chain. On
one hand, together with financial partners this company will offer favourable financial instruments to
finance the construction of new facilities or the up-
Composite
a) A guaranteed financial scheme for financial
investment, management of construction or renovation of hotels according to the standards of the
Story Hotels chain, staff training by Story Hotels
Management, and operation and marketing under the Story Hotels trademark upon the admission of the owner or administrators of hotel facilities to the franchise system of the Story Hotels
chain.
b) Consultation services of Story Hotels Management
for owners during the reorganization of hotels
and assistance in ensuring favourable financial
resources for reorganization and marketing under the Story Hotels trademark upon the admission of the owner of the hotel facilities to the franchise system of the Story Hotels chain.
c) Rental and administration by Story Hotels
Management of renovated existing hotel facilities
or newly constructed hotel facilities under the
standards of the Story Hotels trademark, where
the renter is the owner of and/or investors in the
reorganization of the facility and under the condition that Story Hotels Management shall guarantee that the services and management of the renovated facilities meet the standards of the Story
Hotels chain.
d) Purchase of interesting sites or existing buildings
by Hosting d.o.o. from owners in the private or
public sector for the construction of new facilities
or the conversion of existing buildings into small
hotels whose management will be assumed by Story Hotels Management under the standards of the
Story Hotels trademark.
For the business collaborations described above,
buildings and sites are of interest where there is the
possibility of providing at least twenty (20) and a
maximum of sixty (60) rooms or buildings with at
least 1,200 m2 to 4,000 m2 of actual usable space.
Being a member of the Story Hotels chain means
being recognized as such and providing high quality and hospitable services for hotel guests. The goal of
members is excellence and the commercial success of
a business philosophy that all of us involved in the
project consider most important: that our guests always feel as welcome with us as they feel at home.
Therefore the slogan of the chain:
“Story Hotels – Always your home.”
