CRISNetMLS Matrix is getting a MAKEOVER Updates Effective September 13, 2016! 1. NEW COLOR THEME CHANGE! Matrix Tabs are now green! Widget headers are DARK BLUE 2. AUTO SAVE FEATURE for ADD/EDIT Matrix will now AUTO-SAVE data while adding a new listing. New Listings are automatically saved after 10 minutes of inactivity, or if the user navigates away from the Input screen or switches between input tabs. The Auto-save features works for NEW listings only. Auto-save will NOT work for edits to existing listings. The Auto-save recovery screen will display immediately after user logs into Matrix with options to manage previously auto-saved listings. RESTORE will load the Add/Edit screen with the listing data where user left off. DISCARD or DISCARD ALL will delete saved listing data. SKIP will proceed to Home page but recovery screen will display at next login as long as Auto-save Recovery data exists. Auto-save data is automatically purged after 30 days. 1 3. INCOMPLETE LISTINGS A NEW feature to enable users to save incomplete listings. Instead of saving as Partially Completed Listings and recovering from WORK AREA, this feature has been enhanced. To save an incomplete listing scroll to the bottom left of your input screen and click on “Save as Incomplete”. A message will appear that will advise you that you have successfully saved your listing as Incomplete. To find your “Incomplete Listings, you can go to your home page My Listings widget and click on “Incomplete Listings” or you can go to the Add/Edit tab and click on the Quick Modify drop-down menu. The word “Incomplete” will be displayed AFTER the MLS# (to the right) and property type. 2 Widget view: Quick Modify View (in Add/Edit tab): 4. NEW FIELDS ADDED Property Sub Type Additions – Duplex, Triplex, Quadruplex added to Residential, Residential Lease, Residential Income. Boat Slip – added to Residential, Residential Lease and Land/Lot. Adding FHA 203 (b) and FHA 203 (k) to Current Financing and Estimated Buyer Financing fields. Adding Virtual Tour Unbranded2 field – A secondary Virtual Tour field for Unbranded Virtual Tours. Adding List Price With Pets field – To be required for Residential Lease when Pets Allowed is Yes. Adding Waterfront With Home Across Road to Waterfront Features picklist. Adding Tandem Garage, Tandem Covered, Tandem Uncovered to the Parking field. Adding Death on Property < 3 yrs to Disclosures field. Adding Court Confirmation to the Disclosures field. Adding Waterfront Features field – Move Waterfront related picklist items from Lot Features and Community Features to the NEW Waterfront field. Adding Golf Course to Community Features. Adding the ability for Residential Lease to go PENDING – There will be a “Change to Pending” input form available to Lease (similar to Residential). Auto Lease will NOT be enabled. 3 Adding Main Level Bedrooms and Main Level Bathrooms to Residential and Residential Lease property types. Both fields are required if Levels field has Two or more selected. Auto Populate Census Tract will auto-populate from Realist Tax 2.0. Photovoltaics additions to Electronic field – Photovoltaics Owned, Photovoltaics Leased, Photovoltaics on Grid and Photovoltaics Stand-Alone. Adding Lockbox Version with Supra, Supra BT and Supra BT LE options – When Lockbox Type is SUPRA, then Lockbox Version is required. 5. UPDATED FEATURES Search and Add/Edit field label changes – Numerous field name changes to comply with the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Data Dictionary. Public Remarks (previously Property Description) will be changed in length from 1275 to 1500 characters. FHA and VA Financing sort change – moved FHA and VA Loan to the top of the sort for Financing and Listing Terms. Lockbox Location changed from picklist to String text box allowing users to enter their own lockbox information. Combine Waterfront’s Canal and Channel/Canal – All existing listings with Canal selected are moved to Channel/Canal. Remove “Lot on” wording from Waterfront feature picklist values. For example, Lot on Beach becomes Beach Front. Backup Offer (B) has been changed to Active Under Contract (U). "Backup Offer" status changed to "Active Under Contract". The definitions remains the same; "Active Under Contract" is an On-Market status and should be used when an Offer is accepted and either 1) Seller requests that the property remain in an OnMarket status and is looking for back-up offers, or 2) the sale is subject to court or other third party approval. NOTE: If your listing is not going to close by the end of the Estimated Close of Escrow Date you entered, you can avoid having your listing being Auto Sold by extending your listing’s Estimated Close of Escrow Date. Driving Directions and Cross Street fields are merging into one field – Data from both fields will be merged into a new field named Directions. 4 Pool Y/N being renamed to Pool Private Y/N – If Pool is Private, then Pool Private Y/N is YES (Y). The other options like None, Public and Association would set the Pool Private Y/N field to NO (N). Renaming Septic Tank to Conventional Septic in Sewer/Septic field. Auto populating subject property information from Realist Tax data. Also adding 5 user definable fields. Removing ADD NEW or EDIT EXISTING OPEN HOUSE links from Add/Edit page/tab. Open House can still be added or modified/edited by editing the listing and clicking on the Open House tab. Open House Icons will appear on all Agent 1 line, Agent Full and Agent Medium reports: Open House ICON on Agent 1 Line report/display: Open House ICON on Agent Medium report/display: 5 Open House ICON on Agent Full report/display: 6. IMPROVED SEARCH FUNCTIONS New Multi-Status Search Control field will be added to all Detail and Quick search forms. (This improved feature is similar to the current Matrix CMA search link). You may now select the desired status or combination thereof by selecting the status and entering your date range. New Agent/Office Combined Search Control – for Listing/Co-listing Agent search, members have the ability to search in a single field by the Member First Name, Member Last Name or Member LoginID. For Listing/Co-listing Office Search, members have the ability to search in a single field by the Office Name or Office MLS ID. 6 Recent Change information – Listings with recent change history, i.e. Price or Status, will have the change history appear below the photo of the Agent Full Display. Custom Export and Custom Displays are ALL found under CROSS PROPERTY instead of individual property types. You NO LONGER have the option to choose Residential, Residential Lease, etc … ONLY CROSS PROPERTY. 7. Manufacture Home Changes Retiring subtypes Manufacture 433, Manufacture without 433, and Mobile Home on Land. Adding NEW subtype “Manufactured on Land”. Moving Existing data from Manufacture 433, Manufacture without 433, and Mobile Home on Land to the NEW “Manufactured on Land” subtype field. NOTE – Land Lease field cannot be set to YES if Manufactured on Land is selected as a subtype. If Manufactured on Land is selected as a subtype, then Certified 433a Y/N will be required for Residential and Residential Lease property types. Existing listings will be backfilled with Certified 433A Y/N = YES, if they had Manufacture 433 selected as a subtype. Existing listings will be backfilled with Certified 433A Y/N = NO, if they had either Manufactured without 433 or Mobile Home on Land as subtype. Mobile Homes will be renamed to Manufactured in Park. 7 8. IMPACTFUL DATATYPE CHANGES Land Lease Y/N changed from lookup options – Fee, Lease to Yes or No options. If previous data had Lease selected, then Land Lease Y/N will = YES. Otherwise it will reflect NO. Availability Date (Lease ONLY) changed from String to Date – Existing data will be profiled and converted IF they fit the Date format. Non-date values will be dropped into Remarks prepended with “Availability Date”. Showing Instructions changing from a Picklist to a String. All existing values have been converted as text. 9. RETIRED FEATURES Remove Map Book – all existing Map Book Information will be removed. Remove Lot on Waterfront from Waterfront Features. Remove Work Area in Add/Edit. Work Area will not be brought over to the new Matrix. This feature is being retired all together and is being replaced with the NEW Incomplete Feature. Remove “Lake Front” from View.
