Whether you’re running late, wishing someone a happy birthday,
flirting or avoiding a difficult conversation, your message will always
be clear. What’s more, text messages also work when you’re abroad,
which makes them a cost-effective way of checking with the folks back
home if you’re on holiday!
• To take a self-portrait, activate the
camera and press Options, then
select Self-timer

messages. If you’re not able to send
text messages, it’s likely that the
‘message centre number’ is not
stored in your phone
• To check this, press Menu

You can send photos to almost any mobile phone. If your friend doesn’t
have a camera phone, they’ll receive a text message telling them how
to pick your message up from the web.
