Welcome to our latest programme of entertainment at the Majestic. We sincerely hope you
will find many shows of interest to you, and look forward to your support. However, should
you wish to comment or make a suggestion, please write to:

BOX OFFICE - Our box office is open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Saturday, and of course,
on all show nights. An answering machine service is also available when the box office is
closed or very busy. We will ring you back as soon as possible.
TO BOOK - Either call in at the theatre box office or phone during opening hours. A charge of
£1 per transaction will be made for all telephone bookings. Tickets can be posted out for an
additional 70p. Tickets can also be booked online at: www.majesticretford.com
We regret no babies in arms or children under 2 years of age can be admitted. All children
require a ticket.
PAYMENT - Can be made by cash or credit card. An administration charge of £1 per
transaction will be made on Visa cards. We are sorry but we can no longer accept cheques.
We can only offer refunds if the performance is cancelled.

Fifty Days of Grey is a hilarious new comedy by
writer Andrew Lynford (Eastenders).
Fran and San are best mates and rule the world of
committees and societies in Batley - and it’s 2012
and there are Jubilee and Olympic celebrations and
events to organise!
They meet 19 year old Mandy at a Zumba class and
she introduces them to a whole world of mummy
porn, and they both realise there’s a whole world of
naughtiness out there that neither of them have
ever tried exploring.
And it’s raining... every day is grey. So, when it
rains, everyone needs to find something to do
indoors... right??
Set against the backdrop of the summer of 2012,
these girls ultimately win gold in this affectionate
and funny new comedy starring Sue Hodge
(Allo Allo) and Julie Fox (The Rocky Horror Show).

‘The Diamond Dynasty Tour’, featuring the
current line up Pierre Herelle, Michael Williams,
Ryan King and Carlton Powell who received Gold
Disks from Sony for the first new recordings in
over 30 years in 2012! This amazing Show will
visit theatres nationwide during 2013. In addition
to this, The Drifters will embark on a worldwide
tour visiting the UK, Europe, Asia, America, South
Africa and Australia to enable their fans to enjoy
their incredible success to date, as well as

We have a licensed bar in the Circle foyer for the
use of our Patrons, where drinks are served, prior
to a show, and in the interval. We do run an
‘Interval drinks order’ scheme for you to order your
drinks before each show.

by our Volunteers, who organise and run every
aspect of the theatre. Without their total
commitment our Theatre could not continue. If you

Wheelchair and disabled access to the theatre is
available from street level. This access leads
straight into the main auditorium.
How to find us

Many visitors have a little difficulty in finding us due
to the pedestrianisation of the town centre. We have
published a map showing exactly where we are, and
hope this will help, but landmarks in our vicinity are
Kings Park, Police Station and Asda Superstore,
should you have any difficulty. There are signs
directing visitors to the Theatre on the main roads
into Retford. The car park at the rear of Wilkinson’s is
very accessible from Arlington Way (town bypass).
It is only about 300 yards to the Theatre.
Car Parking
We very much regret that there is very little car parking
space available in Coronation Street, although there is a
little for the Disabled. There are car parks in Chancery Lane
and West Street, which are quite near the Theatre.
