The Spa is open from 10:00 every day along the season. Our
usual closing time is 21:00 but is modified throughout the season.
The Cascadas Suspendidas are open every day along the season from 12:30.
The closing time varies with the sunset. Please ask us before planning your reservation.
All our services and activities must be booked with anticipation. Clients are requested to be at the Spa
reception at least 10 minutes before their appointments in order to ensure the full enjoyment of
the time corresponding to the booked services. We kindly ask you maximum punctuality.
Access to the Spa
The access to the Spa is not allowed for children under 12 years old. Before enjoying any of our treatment and
facilities we ask all our guests to sign our compulsory health form. Access to the Spa with animals, drinks or
foods is not allowed. Mobile phones must be in silence. To avoid any loss or damage, we advise that you do
not bring to the Spa any worthy object.
The hotel facilities with the exception of the Spa and Edén Restaurant & Lounge are reserved to hotel resident
guests.
Cancellation Policy
For any booking modification or cancellation we ask you to advise 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Conversely, the total of the treatment(s) will be charged.
