The Town of Bernalillo and the City of Rio
Rancho have made a physical connection of our
mutual drinking water systems. By executing a
memorandum of understanding (MOU) the City
of Rio Rancho will provide emergency drinking
water to the Town of Bernalillo in the event of a
catastrophic failure to our system. Mayor Torres
and the Town Council thank Mayor Swisstack and
the City of Rio Rancho for this assistance.
