Make sure that the “Ship To” address is legible and correct. If items are to be shipped to a correctional facility, make sure to include all the necessary information for shipment (Inmate #, Dorm or Unit #, etc.). Items returned as “refused” or “Invalid/Undeliverable address” will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the loss of shipping and handling costs. DELIVERY ZONES At this time, we only ship within the United States. WE DO NOT SHIP TO HAWAII OR ALASKA. We use U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx to ship our packages. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 7 days from the date of order. All packages are shipped with “Delivery Confirmation”. Please make sure to refer to all shipping cost charts (located on the order form and within the catalog) to include the proper shipping necessary to ship your items. Shipping and handling costs are different between books and gifts & Balloon-O-Grams. Items will NOT be shipped unless the proper shipping costs have been paid. • BOOK, NOTEBOOKS AND JOURNALS All books, notebooks, and journals are shipped from our warehouse within 7 business days (from the date the order is processed). Books are shipped via USPS media mail and typically take 2-8 business days to reach their final destination (after leaving our warehouse). Rush delivery is not available for books, notebooks, or journals. A Packing Slip is included with every package. CAN BOOKS BE SHIPPED AS GIFTS?? Absolutely! If you choose to send books as gifts, you must list them in the “Gifts Ordered” section of our order form (Refer to the shipping chart on that section). Fill in the “Ship to” addresses for each item selected on the order form. For Example: If you want John Smith to receive the gift that is listed on line #1 of the “Gifts Ordered” section, make sure to list John Smith as Recipient #1 on the reverse side of the order form. If you also want John Smith to receive the item listed on line #2, list his information again as Recipient #2 (both items would then be shipped to John Smith in one package and only one shipping charge for the total cost of these items would apply to that package). Shipping costs apply to each individual package/“Ship to” address. • GIFTS We give special attention to gift orders and, of course, omit prices and sales slips. All gift items are carefully packaged in a gift box/or are individually wrapped (according to the occasion), and include a card with the message you specify. Shipping costs apply to each individual package sent. See above paragraph, in reference to multiple gifts being shipped as one package (to one recipient). Gift orders are only shipped to street addresses, and will be received within 10-14 business days (from the date the order is processed). We reserve the right to substitute gift items. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages, or packages sent to an incorrect address provided to us. Returned packages will require an additional fee for shipping. • BALLOON-O-GRAMS Balloon-O-Grams can be sent nationwide for any special occasion. Each Balloon-O-Gram is beautifully packaged in a purpose made balloon delivery box. Tissue paper is arranged within every Balloon-O-Gram box. A card with your special message is also included. Balloon designs may vary from the ones shown within our catalog. However, the balloons shipped will be consistent with the special occasion you specify. We use Mylar (foil) balloons, which are expected to float for approximately 1-2 weeks. On hot days, in direct sunlight, balloons may pop within 1 hour. This is why all our Balloon-O-Gram packages are shipped with “Signature” required on delivery. BalloonO-Gram packages should be allowed to sit in room temperature, for approximately 10 minutes, prior to opening. This instruction is included on the outside of every Balloon-O-Gram package. OPTIONAL RUSH DELIVERY (FOR GIFT ORDERS ONLY) For Rush delivery to the 48 contiguous states, add an additional $9.95. If Rush Shipping is selected, your package will be received within 4-6 business days (from the date the order is processed). SHIPPING TIME FRAMES Shipping time frames are for in-stock items only. 42 You could find a Golden Bookmark with your next shipment!
