Mite R Excel™
Precision Miter Gauge with Dual
Indexing Angle Location
The New Mite-R-Excel™ from JessEm Tool offers an unsurpassed
level of accuracy, reliability and value. Designed specifically for
the serious woodworker, this fine quality precision instrument is
CNC machined from heavy gauge 6061 aluminum components for
rigidity and rock solid performance. The miter gauge pivots 45
degrees in both directions and features our innovative Dual-Indexing Angle Location System which utilizes a brass push-pin to
index positive stops at every five degrees. A secondary range of pin
locations allows for quick accurate ½ degree increments at every
angle in between each 5 degrees. The gauge mechanism locks in
firm with a twist of our solid aluminum handle with knurled grip
and red anodized finish.
The Mite-R-Excel™ fence features a heavy-gauge aluminum extrusion that’s rock solid with no flex. The fence length is 27” closed
and extends out to a maximum measured cut length of 36” with
stop. The fence also features our unique Dual-Reference Adjustable Scale that allows accurate measurements from the blade to
24” and out to 36” when using the telescoping fence extension.
The fence offers quick and easy adjustability with solid brass lock
knobs and features multiple “T” tracks for attaching your own
sacrificial sub-fences to

Mast R Slide™ 7500
Take your table saw to a higher level of precision and performance
with the New MAST-R-Slide™ Sliding Cross-Cut Table from JessEm
Tool Company. This fine quality table saw system features a network
of beautifully engineered aluminum extrusions, steel guide rails and
precision bearings designed to create the ultimate cross-cutting solution.
Designed to replace the left extension wing on most American style
cabinet saws and contractor saws with cast iron table tops.
The MAST-R-Slide™ system features JessEm’s innovative Posi-Trak™
bearing guided multi-rail system for an exceptionally smooth and
accurate glide from one end of the travel range to the other. The guide
mechanism is comprised of 30 double-sealed precision bearings
positioned in a staggered design to provide constant contact to the guide
rails throughout its travel.
The sliding table is easily adjustable to level with the saw’s tabletop and
to align it parallel to the cutting blade. Also included is an extension
wing support table that is fully adjustable for positioning in a fixed
location anywhere along the length of the sliding table as determined by
the cutting operation being performed.

Mast R Slide™ 7500
The extruded aluminum fence length is 28 inches closed and extends
outward for a maximum measured cut length of 48 inches with the
flip-stop. The fence offers mitered cross-cuts up to 45 degrees in both
directions. The MAST-R-Slide™ sliding table offers three positions for
the fence, two front end positions (one optimal location for mitered
crosscuts and another allowing for an increased cutting width at 90
degrees) and a rear end position for a maximum cross-cut capacity of
36 inches. The fence is easily moved from one position to the other
and quickly detaches from the sliding table for unobstructed use of the
table saw while utilizing the rip fence.
The MAST-R-Slide™ 7500 was designed so that no support legs are
required, offering a smaller footprint and allowing the optional use
of a mobile base on the saw. The MAST-R-Slide™ 7500 will fit right or
left-tilt table saws and is designed to be used on the left side of the saw.
The table saw must have a solid cast iron top and the front and rear
fence rails will require modification.

Rout R Lift™
Introduced to the woodworking world in 1999 by JessEm Tool Company. The Rout-R-Lift™
has added a tremendous improvement to the table-mounted router. Simply drop in the
handle, crank the router up or down, pull out the handle and you’re ready to rout!
The plate has a dial etched with .005” increments allowing you to make repeatable
micro-adjustments with ease. The Rout-R-Lift™ offers a full 2-1/2” of vertical
travel.
Constructed of premium 6061 aluminum components, the Rout-R-Lift™ features our
unique Mast-R-Ring™ router mounting system with JessEm’s so called “Swiss Cheese”
multi-hole pattern. We have yet to find a router that won’t fit this system! Once
mounted to the Mast-R-Ring™ the router can then be rotated to the most convenient
position to access your router. The insert plate centerhole is machined to accept a large
3-1/2” raised panel bit and includes a 1-1/2” diameter insert ring. Additional insert ring
sets are available separately.

Mast R Lift Excel™ with MicroDial™
Our best lift solution for the router table, combines our solid phenolic
Mast-R-Top™ in black, with all the features of our Mast-R-Lift™ and
more. The Mast-R-Lift Excel™ was designed to allow the addition of
two great new features, a micro-adjust dial, which protrudes slightly
beyond the edge of the tabletop and rotates independent of the lift
mechanism. This feature allows you to “zero-out” theMicroDial™
and then accurately crank the router up at a ratio of 1/64
inch per 1/4 turn of the crank. The dial is scaled
for micro-adjustments as intricate as .001”.
Extremely precise adjustments to the router
bit cutting height can now be performed faster
and with more precision than ever before.
The second feature to this new product is an
integrated dust port that is machined into the lift’s
housing underneath the tabletop. This design virtually
removes chips just as they are cut by the router bit.
This design feature will literally extend the working life of
the router motor. When mounted to a router table, the router motor is
positioned upside-down, leaving the internal motor vulnerable to an
accumulation of dust and pitch deposits. This causes the motor to heat
up over time and eventually fail. JessEm’s new lift design removes the
chips before they can reach the router, ultimately prolonging the life
of the motor through more efficient chip extraction. This feature helps
justify your investment in this product.
The black phenolic Mast-R-Top™ includes our Mast-R-Trac™ with
a Miter Track in between two T-tracks. This heavy gauge 6061
aluminum extrusion is anodized in red and ready to attach jigs,
hold-downs or a miter gauge. The lift mechanism is raised and lowered
by an offset right-angle gearbox positioned on the right side, under the
tabletop. The gearbox features a red anodized aluminum “balanced
ball crank” handle reminiscent of the classic milling machines used in
metalworking. The gearbox drives the lift mechanism via a precision
timing belt. The lift mechanism utilizes our patented adjustable
tensioning design for reliable operation with the utmost accuracy and
no backlash.
The new Mast-R-Lift Excel™ will accept the Porter
Cable model 7518 out of the box, and accepts
additional routers with cylindrical motor housings
with the use of a reducer collar (sold separately).
The centerhole in the tabletop is machined
with a 3-5/8” diameter TAB-LOC™ centerhole
to accept up to a 3-1/2” diameter raised
panel bit. An insert ring with a 1-1/2” diameter
centerhole for most smaller bit diameters, an insert ring
wrench, starting pin and hex key wrench are also included.

slide smoothly across the table on a chrome plated ground shaft.
This innovative accessory is engineered to perform precisionmachined square or angled cope cuts, crosscuts and other end
milling operations with renewed accuracy on a router table. The
Mite-R-Slide™ offers greatly improved performance and increased
precision over similar cuts made with a traditional miter gauge
traveling in a single miter track in the tabletop.
Built from precision machined 6061 aluminum components
anodized in red and black, the Mite-R-Slide™ features a robust
industrial design and is engineered for long-term professional
use. The precision miter gauge rotates 45-degrees in both
directions and features positive detents every 5 degrees,
