Maui Jim warrants that its prescription sunglasses meet
ANSI, EN, or AS standards. Any eyewear that does not
meet these standards or shows defects in materials or
workmanship will be replaced at no charge for up to two
years from the date of purchase. Maui Jim prescription
lenses are not warranted against accidental breakage.
Maui Jim will not warrant any eyewear that has been
reworked, including but not limited to, improper heating
or chipping of lenses while adjusting.
redo’s and non-adapts
Within 60 days of the original invoice date, you may make
one change in prescription or lens color at no charge.
Subsequent changes will be billed at 50%, up to 90 days
of the original invoice date. Additional changes after 90
days will be billed as a new order. NOTE: Any changes
in material, lens style or frame will be added/credited
accordingly. Progressive non-adapt cancellations will
receive credit for the original job only, within 90 days of
the invoice date.

SPHERICAL LENS
Rx Reference Guide
Maui Jim warrants its prescription sunglass lenses against
front surface scratches for one year. Lenses will be
replaced once and in identical form (color, shape, Rx)
within one year of the original purchase date. Scratched
lenses that Maui Jim considers to be caused by improper
use or care will be subject to customary charges for
replacement prescription lenses or will be returned
to the account.
