Basics Of Online Banking First Time Login Let’s get started! First Time Login 1. Go to www.langleyfcu.org. 2. Click the “Configure Safe2Connect.” link. 3. Enter your Member Number. 4. Enter your temporary password. 5. Click the “NEXT” button. First Time Login 6. View the Disclosure Statement. 7. Click the “I Accept” button. 8. Create your security questions & answers. 9. Click the “NEXT” button. First Time Login 10. Create your Security Key/Word. 11. Set up your email address. 12. Click the “FINISHED”button. 13. Create & confirm your new password. 14. Click the “Submit” button. 15. Follow the link to Access your account information. First Time Login 16. The next time you want login to your account, go to www.langleyfcu.org, enter your member number, then click “Login”. 17. Answer your Security Question. 18. Click the “NEXT” button. First Time Login 19. Make sure your Security Key is correct. 20. Enter your password. 21. Click the “LOGIN” button to view your account information. General Overview Navigation Tabs Account Balances Account Types/Names eStatements The easiest way to view your statements eStatements 1. Hover your mouse over the “Accounts” tab. 2. Locate and click the “eStatements”link. 3. Read the Terms and Conditions. Then click “I Agree”. eStatements 4. Enter your Member Number. 5. Enter your full name (as it appears on your statement). 6. Enter & re-enter your email address. 7. Click the “Submit” button. 8. You will receive a “Thank You” message when you are done. 9. Follow the“Click here to continue” link. eStatements 10. Check your email inbox for the eStatements activation email. 11. Follow the instructions and click activation link. 12. You will receive a confirmation message once your eStatements account is activated. eStatements 13. To view your statements online Log in to L@ngleyLink, hover over the “Accounts” tab, then click on “eStatements”. 14. Follow the “Click Here To Continue” link. 15. Your statements will be available to view/download. Langley Alerts Always know what’s happening Langley Alerts Langley Alerts will allow you to always know what’s happening with your account by allowing you to set up and receive notifications when certain things take place. You can be alerted when your account reaches a certain balance, when a particular transfer takes place, when a check clears, and just about anything else. 1. To set up and view alerts hover over the “Accounts” tab. 2. Click “L@ngley Alerts”. Langley Alerts TYPES OF ALERTS AND REMINDERS 3. Click on “Click here to add new alerts or reminders” . ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● 4. Select an Alert Type from the drop-down menu. ● Share Account: Alerts to notify you of account balance and available balance changes. Loan Account: Alerts to notify you of loan account balance changes, interest rate changes, overdue payments and payment due dates. Transaction: Alerts to notify you of varying transaction activity, including: next deposit; next withdrawal; next transaction with a specific description; next transaction above or below a specified amount. Check Status: Alerts to notify you when a specific check has cleared your account. Check Status by Range: Alerts to notify you when a range of checks has cleared your account. Check Cleared Out Of Sequence: Alerts to notify you when a check has cleared your account out of sequence. Certificate Maturing: Alerts to notify you when a certificate has matured. Events: Alerts to notify you when certain events occur, such as the following conditions: ○ You receive a secure message ○ Your account has been locked out ○ There has been an attempt to change your Password ○ Attempts have been made to log in through various locations ○ An Internet banking transfer has been made ○ Your email address has been changed Reminder: Free form text alert that will notify you on a specific date. Transfers Safely moving your money Transfers BASIC TRANSFER 1. Click the “Transfer” tab. 2. Select the account to transfer FROM. 3. Select the account to transfer TO. 4. Specify the amount to transfer. 5. Add brief description if desired. 6. Click “Submit”. Transfers 7. Carefully confirm that all transfer information is correct. 8. Click “Confirm” to complete your transfer. Transfers MEMBER TO MEMBER TRANSFER 1. Hover over the “Transfer” tab, then click “Transfer To Other Member”. 2. Select the account to transfer FROM 3. Enter the member number for account you are transferring TO. 4. Enter the account type (S1, S11, etc.) 5. Enter the first 3 letter of Member’s Last Name. 6. Specify the amount to transfer. 7. Add a brief description if desired. 8. Click “Submit”. Transfers 9. Carefully confirm that all transfer information is correct. 10. Click “Confirm” to complete your transfer. Transfers SCHEDULED TRANSFERS 1. Hover over “Transfer” tab, then click “Scheduled Transfers”. 2. Click “Add New Scheduled Transfer”. Transfers 3. Select transfer details just like with other transfers. ● From Account ● To Account ● Amount ● Starting date ● Number of transfers ● Never Expire (optional) ● Memo (optional) ● Email notification (optional) 4. Then click “Submit”. Transfers 5. Carefully confirm that all transfer information is correct. 6. Click “Submit” to schedule your transfer. Thank You!
