LabRAM II - Resodyn Acoustic Mixers
Innovative Mixing Solutions Introducing LabRAM II ™ Ideal for Liquids Gases Solids Slurries Solids/Powders The Way You Think About Mixing and Processing Resodyn Acoustic Mixer (RAM) second generation development mixer, the LabRAM™ II, introduces new, significant operational and control features for mixing and processing a broad range of materials. Many difficult to mix materials can be processed faster, better, more efficiently, and more productively using the LabRAM™ II. Designed around Dynamic Processing Requirements Liquids/Gases The LabRAM™ II design features reflects users’ critical needs. RAM products deliver speed, quality, new product development capabilities, and groundbreaking process improvements, while scaling easily from laboratory to production scale. The New LabRAM™ II Features Viscous/Slurry Coating/Nano Up to 2.2 pounds mix capacity, double the capacity of previous LabRAM™ models. Adjustable vessel holder accepts many mixing vessel types. Manual or automatic/programmable vacuum operation (optional). Jacketed Vessel provides mixing vessel temperature control from 302°F heating to 34°F cooling (optional). Temperature sensor - 316L resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) with m12 connector (optional). Acoustic housing features strobe lighting to facilitate observation and inspection of RAM mixing phases and progression. Integrated RAMware2 operating software with touchscreen interface. Control and data collection of the vessel contents while mixing. Fully integrated LabRAM™ II houses all electronic, power and control hardware, eliminating the need for a separately housed control component. Global Mixing & Processing Technology Since its introduction to the marketplace in 2007, RAM mixers have become the technology of choice for many commercial mixing and processing applications. RAM’s unique combination of features and performance has proven successful from laboratories to production facilities at over 350 locations worldwide, many in Fortune 500 companies. All RAM products uses low-frequency acoustic mixing at up to 100g’s of acceleration for intense but low-shear mixing resulting in: Dramatically reduced mixing times frequently surpassing 10x faster processing. Excellent ingredient distribution and particle size homogeneity. Extraordinary repeatability when scaling from laboratory to production. Capacities of 1.1 lbs. (LabRAM™) to 80 lbs., (RAM 5), to 920 lbs. (RAM 55).
