Ground Breaking Event of CitraLake Suites Apartment
Jakarta – On Saturday, 22 November 2014, CitraLake Suites Apartment held a ceremonial ground breaking to start the
development of its project. The event was opened with a press conference, which was attended by Directors of PT
Ciputra Residence/CR (Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Managing Director, Mr. Agussurja Widjaja, Senior Director and Mr.
Meiko Handojo, Director) and Mitsui Fudosan Residential (Mr. Takeshi Suzuki, Senior Executive Managing Office).
Besides, representatives from Mitsui Fudosan Asia, Mr. Yusuke Goto, Senior Manager and Mr. Naohiro Fujikake, General
Manager also joined the ceremony.
CitraLake Suites is an Island Condominium in the center of an around 5.7-hectare lake and is a prestigious vertical
residential located in Citra 6 of CitraGarden City, West Jakarta and will become a new life stye residential. It will give a
new experience for it residents, as it will have sky garden, a garden that can be used by all the residents without going
downstairs to ground floor.
Focusing on sustainability concept, CitraLake Suites will apply the CR’s EcoCulture program, an environment
preservation concept through cultivation to the community’s lifestyle. CR also supports the green lifestyle that is being
emphasized by world right now, by co-operating with International Finance Corporation, a subsidiary from World Bank,
which also has same vision. One of the real things done is by using materials that can reduce heat and all things that
related with green concept. The other is by applying the design of buildings that is very environmental friendly. From
both the design and landscape, CitraLake Suites has a lake, that apart from its function as pond retention, the lake will
also offer comfort to the residents. CitraLake Suites will be supported with various attractive facilities, such as a 1.5 km
jogging track, a semi olympic size swimming pool, BBQ pit in several points, child playground, tree nursery, picnic lawn,
lake and also executive lounge near the main gate of CitraLake Suites.
“We develop this area to offer maximum comfort and welfare to CitraLake Suites’ residents. We will develop based on
our EcoCulture concept that will be applied in all our projects”, said Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Managing Director of CR.

Soft launching of the first phase of CitraLake Suites has been done with the offering of 1 tower, the Tower B, which has
been sold 91 units out of 126 units available. Types offered were 1 bed room, with semi-gross area of 48.97 sqm and
average price of Rp 900 million and 2 bed room, with semi-gross area of 70.65 sqm and average price of Rp 1.5 billion.
Units in CitraLake Suites have spacious areas compared to other apartment units in general.
Event of ground breaking was also enlivened by Angel Percussion, a dance to welcome a new project and also Rampak
Gendang from Banten.
The Festive Magnum Party at CitraGarden Sidoarjo
Sidoarjo– On Sunday, 23 November 2014, CitraGarden Sidoarjo held an open house with the theme of Glamorous
Magnum Party in a café concept. The event was definitely success, with the great marketing promotion contributing on
the festive of this event.
To offer a more simple way to invest in its products, CitraGarden offered an interesting promotion, such as the very low
mortgage rate, which was only 6.75%. Others were special offers such as discount in insurance fee, free of fees, such as
deed of sales and purchase (Akta Jual Beli/AJB), transfer from developer’s name to customers’ name (Bea Balik
Nama/BBN), mortgage fee (biaya KPR) and subsidy in stampduty (Biaya Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan
Bangunan/BPHTB.) Apart of fees dismiss, customers will also get bonus of cash back up to Rp 50 million.
For food and culinary lovers, especially ice cream lovers, the delicious sensation of magnum ice cream, which was
topped with fresh fruits and melted chocolate and served with warm waffle was the yummy treats given to the visitors.
There was also a photo booth with a property of an antique car, which could be used by visitors to take pictures with
families or the closest relatives. Others were a chance to test drive, free car check-up and emission test presented by
Toyota Auto 2000 Sidoarjo team.
Drawing of 21st Shopping Surprize at Ciputra Mall Jakarta
Jakarta – On 25 November 2014, Ciputra Mall Jakarta held the drawing of 21st Shopping Suprize for the third period. This
was a program which is held four times per year and was presented for customers with their shopping amount at least
Rp 50,000 in period of 25 August to 23 November 2014. The drawing was started at 7 p.m. and was joined by thousands
of visitors and was watched by representatives from social ministry, social service agency (dinas sosial), notary and
police team. MC Dave Hendrik, who was appointed to present the event, succeeded to create the drawing event merrily.
Prizes giveaway consisted of one unit Mitsubishi Mirage car and 2 units Honda Scoopy motorbike, all were in off the
road condition.
Marketing Events of CitraLake Sawangan Depok
Depok – From 13 to 16 November 2014, CitraLake Sawangan took part in a property exhibition held in Cilandak Town
Square, South Jakarta. Apart from CitraLake Sawangan, the exhibition was also joined by other developers, such as
Aspen, PT Adhi Karya Tbk, Aomalue, Pollux, Selatan 8 and Cassa Passo. In the event, CitraLake Sawangan offered an
interesting marketing program, such as down payment of 10%, instalment of down payment in 12 times and also bonus
of 42 inch LCD television. This event attracted customers who visited Cilandak Town Square. Product offered in CitraLake
Sawangan included houses starting from type 53 with price from Rp 700 million and two and three-storey shop houses
with price from Rp 1.2 billion.
Apart from the property exhibition, during November 2014 CitraLake also held an event called Culinary District
(Kampoeng Kuliner) at the project location. The event, which had operation hour from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to
Friday and from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, was participated by 18 food tenants and 16 bazaar
tenants. The event was held to introduce and promote CitraLake Sawangan project to people of Depok and its greater
area by creating an interesting event, which drew their interests to come to the project site. People of the surrounding
project site were very enthusiast to take part in the activities held every Saturday and Sunday in the event location, such
as aerobic and live music.
Launching of Ciputra World Surabaya Hotel
Surabaya – On Thursday, 27 November 2014, Ciputra World
Surabaya held a ceremony to launch its five-star hotel located
at Ciputra World site. According to Mr. Harun Hajadi, the
Director, the development of this hotel was an effort to
complete the area of Ciputra World superblock with various
facilities. Currently an international shopping mall and two
towers apartment have been developed on the 8.5 ha area
located on Jalan Mayjen Sungkono. In the future, this area will
also be added with the development of office building.
“We were not interested in developing a standalone hotel,
because the return on investment would be smaller. All of our
hotels were built to become a supporting facility in our developed mall. For examples were the ones in Jakarta and
Semarang”, said Mr. Harun after the launching event. He also explained that with lesser fund in acquiring the land,
investment would become smaller. Besides, a hotel that was built in the same area with a mall would create higher
occupancy rate, because in general visitors preferred to choose hotel which was close to the mall. No wonder if
management of Ciputra World Hotel targeted its occupancy rate in the first year to reach 65% to 70%, from the total 212
rooms available. “In that case, hotel guests would not need taxi or other transportation if they wanted to go for
shopping. They can shop anytime only by walking”, said Mr. Harun as he closed the explanation.
Results of Apartment Sales at Ciputra International Jakarta
Jakarta – On 28 November 2014, Ciputra International Jakarta announced its success
in sales of the first residential tower, Amsterdam Tower. Since it was introduced in
September 2014, Amsterdam Tower got very positive response from public. In around
2 months, 90% of the total of 412 apartment units had been sold out. This showed the
very high public’s interest in vertical residential in West Jakarta. And because of this,
increase in average selling price in Amsterdam Tower has increased around 20%,
apart from following the increase of land price in Jakarta.
Director of Ciputra International project, Mr. Artadinata Djangkar said, “We
understood Jakarta society’s needs in residential with the location close to office
working place, that they could save the time in reaching the office. In our opinion,
Puri would become a new Central Business District (CBD) in West Jakarta, an
alternative of CBD in Sudirman-Thamrin-Kuningan areas. Therefore, we presented
Ciputra International. The success in selling Amsterdam Tower made us believe that
we had done the right thing.”
Ciputra International is a mixed-use development with 10 towers, which will consist of 6 office towers, 3 apartment
towers and a five-star hotel. It is located in Puri area, West Jakarta. Hotel will be managed by InterContinental Hotels
Group (IHG), and it will be named as InterContinental Jakarta West. An agreement between PT Ciputra Puri Trisula, the
subsidiaries which develop Ciputra International project and IHG has been signed on 24 November 2014.
Having succeeded in introducing the Amsterdam Tower, for the next step, Ciputra International will introduce the
second development of its vertical residential, called San Francisco Tower, which will be started at the beginning of
December 2014. The development of San Francisco is predicted to be fully completed in 2017. San Francisco Tower will
consist of 335 apartment units, which will be divided into three zones of low zone (for studio and 1 bed-room types),
mid zone (for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom types) and high zone (for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom types).
Corporate Social Responsibility Program of CitraGarden BMW Cilegon
Cilegon – For CitraGarden BMW Cilegon, Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) means a charity program to help each
other, especially in the surrounding area of CitraGarden BMW.
It can be formed through donation given to the people who
need or can also by maintaining or keeping the natural
environment around us.
This time, CitraGarden BMW held the CSR program by giving
donation to students of three elementary schools located
nearby CitraGarden BMW. Donations given were school
supplies and scholarship to the students who really needed it.
A symbolic event on this donation was held in front of
marketing gallery of CitraGarden BMW and was attended by
the school principal, leaders and other representatives and
also representatives from CitraGarden BMW. The event was
also broadcasted by Radar Banten mass media. The event,
which was started on 9 a.m. was packed lightly. At the end of
the event, all participants prayed together, hoping that
education for Indonesia children will be better in the future.
Events of CitraRaya City Jambi in November 2014
Jambi– In November CitraRaya City Jambi held several events to boost its sales. The first event was its participation in
Jambi Property Expo Exhibition, which was organized by Indonesia Real Estate Association of Jambi branch (DPD REI
Jambi) in association with Jambi provincial government (Pemprov Jambi) and was inaugurated directly by Governor of
Jambi, Mr. Hasan Basri Agus. The event was held in Jamtos Mall from 1 to 7 November 2014 with promotion offered
including down payment of 5%, instalment of down payment in 12 times and house price started from Rp 105 million.
Still in the same promotion, the event after the exhibition was the participation of CitraRaya City as one of the sponsors
for the third anniversary of Jambi Fiori, with the theme of Healthy Women, Jambi’s Women Smart (Perempuan Sehat,
Perempuan Jambi Smart), which was also held in Jamtos Mall from 8 to 9 November 2014 and was opened by Mrs.
Yusniana Hasan Basri Agus, the Governor of Jambi’s spouse.
On 4 November 2014, CitraRaya City again held a gathering at PT Lontar Papyrus, by inviting around 400 employees of
the biggest paper mill in Sumatra. The event, which was also attended by Directors of PT Lontar Papyrus and Bank
Mandiri was opened with CitraRaya City’s product presentation by Ms. Dian, Marketing Manager of CitraRaya City, who
also offered promotion of 10% discount for purchasing all types of houses in CitraRaya City.
CitraLand Surabaya Held Open House at Stonegate Park Cluster
Surabaya – CitraLand presents Stonegate Park cluster, the most prestigious cluster, which is the development of
CitraLand’s master plan to the west side. This area will become the cluster with the prime location, as it is developed at
the entrance of West CitraLand, at the side of radial road of West Surabaya and West Outer Ring Road and also in
between of two commercial areas. And now the area has been realized, with the existence of type Magnolia’s house,
which could be seen and visited by customers at the open house held by CitraLand on 2 November 2014.
Infrastructure Development at CitraGarden Aneka Pontianak
Pontianak – CitraGarden Aneka, which is the most prestigious and high class in Pontianak started to develop
infrastructure within the residential, such as land filling and solidifying based on design level and also building the
drainage access-duct.
With this starting in infrastructure development, Pontianak society was now being more confidence with their
purchasing of CitraGarden Aneka’s products, both for occupying and investment. “Each unit offered, with land lots of 6,
8, 10 and 12 meter wide would have higher value now and in the future”, said Mr. Eko Sudarusman, General Manager of
CitraGarden Aneka.

Apart from getting closer to the public, CitraGarden Aneka again greeted them by holding a marketing event, which took
the theme of “Best Thing in Life” on Sunday, 16 November 2014. With this event, CitraGarden Aneka tried to explore
kids’ creativity by colouring bags and sand art. The event was simultaneously offered with an interesting program and
this time, it was successfully held with the co-operation with Panin Bank.
“Panin Bank also offered advantage, such as special discount on mortgage fee, for purchasing with mortgage by Panin
Bank during the event”, said Mr. Utama, Branch Manager of Panin Bank Pontianak.
In the same event, CitraGarden Aneka also invited experienced speakers for the talk show regarding kids’ talents.
Customers were asked to share their kids’ interest and the importance of exploring and developing their talents from
the very beginning to make the learning process more enjoyable. All this should be started now, that kids could become
the best in their life and also in family, school or environment.
CitraSun Garden Semarang Took Part at REI Exhibition
Semarang – This year’s Ninth Exhibition of Indonesia Real Estate Association (REI) was
held from 29 October to 9 November at Paragon Mall. In this exhibition, CitraSun
Garden took part by launching its newest type of Sapphire Hill Cluster, namely Ajoite
type. Ajoite type has land area of 126 sqm and building area of 100 sqm, with the size of
land of 7 meter x 18 meter. This newest type is designed with 3 bedrooms, 2 living
rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also, this type comes with carport for one car.
In this event opportunity, marketing staff of CitraSun Garden also distributed invitations
for the open house which was held on 16 November 2014. The open house, which was titled with Jelly Splash took the
theme of kids. In one of the programs, there was kids’ finger scan, where kids from the open house visitors were tested
and their basic skills and interest would be known immediately. Besides, in every open house, CitraSun Garden offered
special promotions which only occurred one time during the event and this was also different in every open house.
Halloween Attack at CitraGrand Semarang
Semarang – To introduce more as the prestigious residential, CitraGrand Semarang held an event called Halloween
Attack. The event was held at the residential complex of CitraGrand, on Jalan Kompol R. Soekanto, Tembalang from 8 to
9 November 2014. Series of programs, such as Aerobic Night Competition, Zombie Attack, Flash Mob, street food and
various interesting competitions such as costume and photo contest with Semarang Photographers Community
(Komunitas Fotografer Semarang/KFS) were presented during the event.
Rain that fell in Semarang that night could not stop the spirit of the Aerobic Night contestants. The program got merrier
when music was played and contestants started their aerobic move in full of spirit, following the music. The aerobic
competition, which was joined by around 100 participants, successfully entertained visitors who came from Semarang
motorbike community of CBR and Vario. Aerobic night was followed by costume competition, which was participated by
kid models.
Scream of visitors were heard as haunted music was played, followed by the appearance of a group of zombie. The
theatrical show, which presented scary moves of the zombies very well, was played by iZoc Semarang and Psyco Zombie.
It successfully made visitors screaming and running here and there. This scary entertaining program was then melted
with the performance of Flash Mob by AIESEC Diponegoro University.
The event was continued with Hotwheels Competition on the day after. The competition, which was pioneered by
Semarang Racing Team, was participated by contestants from out of town, such as Yogyakarta and Tegal. The
enthusiasm from the contestants was shown in their persistence in preparing the cars to be raced, the trajectories that
were in line with the class that were competed, from drag to loop class. For kids, a simple trajectory and lego were also
prepared. Visitors could also tasted food served and enjoyed the atmosphere of CitraGrand. CitraGrand, with its “City of
Festival” concept, offers not only a prestigious residential concept, but also an area where its residents can fell relax and
have leisure every day. CitraGarden is the choice for comfortable living in the middle of bustle life of Semarang city.
Pet Days at CitraGarden City Jakarta
Jakarta – Children’s love against their pets has inspired CitraGarden City to hold an event called
Pet Days, which was held in CitraGarden City from 8 to 9 November 2014. In this occasion,
children could interact directly with pets and took photographs together. The event aimed to
develop sense of social since very young age, starting from loving their pets. This event was also
enlivened with entertainment and competitions.
New Project Launched
CitraLand Puri Serang
Jakarta – PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) looks at property business prospect in 2015 optimistically, as the
probability of growth is around 10% to 12%. This confidence is based on several factors, such as BI rate, which is stable
at 7.5% in almost a year, the relative stable inflation rate and conducive political situation, therefore it is expected that
economic growth can grow in line with Government’s expectation. This statement was delivered by Mr. Cakra Ciputra,
Managing Director of CTRA to a number of media, in the event of Preview New Project of CitraLand Puri Serang, at
Ciputra World 1 on 14 November 2014.
According to Mr. Cakra, among many investment instruments, such as stock, gold, Rupiah exchange and others, which
are all not really stable, property has again proved itself as the most favourable investment instrument perpetually. Even
in crisis condition, property price never goes down. And as an investment, property has 2 main advantages, including
capital gain (certain price increase of land and building) and yield (increase of rental rate).
“This is strong reason why CTRA continuously conducts business expansion, by opening new projects in big cities all over
Indonesia, including in Serang, Banten. We have our new project CitraLand Puri, which will be marketed very soon, with
target market of middle class in Serang”, said Mr. Cakra.
CitraLand Puri is an Urban Lifestyle City on an area of 40 hectares, which will be developed by PT Ciputra Mitra Cipta, a
subsidiary of CTRA. It will consist of landed residential, SOHO, apartment, commercial area, urban lifestyle center and
place of worship. The project will become an urban and sub-urban area with all the things needed, such as convenience,
accessibility, as well as investment. It is planned that landed residential will be developed into 5 clusters, then will be
followed by three towers of apartment.
The location of CitraLand Puri is on Jl. Raya Lingkar Selatan, Ciracas, Serang, and is very strategic because it is in the
center of Serang, near the government offices, not far from business center and is located in between 2 toll roads (East
Serang and West Serang).
“Not only from the location, we are optimistic that this project will be success, because CitraLand Puri is an urban
lifestyle city project in Serang, which we know that market in this segment has not been touched well”, added Mr. Cakra.
Moreover, according to Mr. Bing Sugiarto Chandra, Director of CitraLand Puri project, Serang is chosen as area for new
business expansion of CTRA because it will be very prospective in the future. As an industrial and transit city, economic
growth of Serang, which is very significant from time to time, offers many opportunities, such as the property sector,
which is predicted to be booming.
“Based on data from Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS), economic growth trend in Banten province
for period 2010 to 2013 has significantly increased, especially in Serang city, Serang district (kabupaten) and Cilegon,
which has the fastest growth, above 5.5% in average”, said Mr. Bing. “Economic growth of Serang is the highest among
other cities in Banten province and this is shown in the busy economic situation there. Various goods and service
business are also developed rapidly”, added Mr. Bing.
As a new city, Serang shows good growth trend. Like other cities, the top leading sectors are trading, hotel, restaurant
and other services, followed by property sector within one year. Starting from 2011 till now, those sectors are still on
top rank regarding economic growth rate.
Mr. Bing also believed that rapid growth of Serang was also supported by good infrastructure. Serang has many accesses,
from province road to toll road which connect with Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas,
and also connect with other cities in West Java and Central Java. Serang also has two toll road accesses, East Serang and
West Serang.
The availability in prime infrastructure, rapid growth of industry and high population growth will support property
industry growth in Serang. Development of infrastructure and industry growth, at the end will boost demand in
residential and commercial property sector. “And from those positive developments, CTRA is very optimistic will grab
success, same with our projects in other big cities”, said Mr. Bing as he closed the announcement.
CitraMaja Raya
Lebak – At end of November 2014, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA), through its subsidiary PT Ciputra Residence
launched a new residential project at Maja Sub-district, Lebak District, Banten Province, called CitraMaja Raya. CitraMaja
Raya is located around 70 km from Jakarta and will be developed based on Transit Oriented Development (TOD), which
will ease commuters to do their daily activities in shuttle ways with effective travel time and efficient manner.
“We develop the concept of new city with TOD oriented after considering the high need of residential which is located
near the transportation hub, either by electric locomotive (kereta rel listrik/KRL) or highway (toll road)”, said Mr.
Agussurja Widjaja, Senior Director of Ciputra Residence. CitraMaja Raya, is designed as a new and self-contained city
with serviced base oriented and can be reached by commuter line electric locomotive of Maja-Serpong-Tanah AbangJakarta routes and in the future by toll roads of Serpong-Maja (50 km) and Balaraja-Maja (40 km). “Travel time from
Jakarta is around 1.5 hours by electric locomotive and 2 hours if using toll road,” added Mr. Agussurja.
Apart from developing around 200,000 houses, CitraMaja Raya will be supported with general, social and commercial
facilities with proportion around 20% from total land area of 2,000 hectares. “By the time the society and community
have been formed, we will develop business and commercial centers with service based oriented that will become
economy basis of this new city”, said Mr. Agussurja.
CitraMaja Raya will be developed in several phases. The first phase will be a total area of 500 hectares with total unit of
50,000. Around 75% to 80% of the units will be low cost houses (rumah sederhana/RS) with building area and land area
of 22/60, 27/72 and 36/72 sqm, respectively. “The development of first 500 hectares will be fully completed in three to
four years. And as part of Maja city (Kota Kekerabatan Maja), we are encouraged to accelerate the development”,
added Mr. Agussurja.
Price of houses offered to public started from Rp 100 to Rp 180 million per house.
CitraTowers Kemayoran
Jakarta – PT Ciputra Development Tbk, through its subsidiary, PT Ciputra Residence (CR) held an event of ground
breaking to mark the start of the development of office towers called CitraTowers in Kemayoran area, which is exactly
located on Jalan Benyamin Suaeb Lot A6, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The office towers project, which will spend around
Rp 2 trillion and is targeted to be fully completed in four years, is a joint operation with PT Pembina Sukses Utama.
The ground breaking was participated by the Board of Directors and Management of CR and PT Pembina Sukses Utama.
“This ground breaking event is also held as a form of our commitment that the development has been started”, said Mr.
Budiarsa Sastrawinata, President Director of CR.
CitraTowers Kemayoran Business District will consist of two towers office building with 25 floors and 1 mezzanine for
each tower, completed with lifestyle commercial facilities on an area of 1.8 hectares. It is designed with green
development concept and high quality as a representative workplace and supported with complete business facilities.
“With the power of Ciputra’s brand, we expect the development of CitraTowers would become a strong icon of
Kemayoran area”, said Mr. Budiarsa.
CitraTowers is sold strata-title with price of Rp 30 million per sqm. Every floor of CitraTowers will consist of 12 units with
area of 70 sqm to 174 sqm for each unit. In the early phase, the first tower, with a total building area of 41,000 sqm was
marketed and up to now, 40% of the space has been sold.
Mr. Agussurja Widjaja, Senior Director of CR explained that the advantages of CitraTowers are, among others, creating
comfort for the professionals through complete and efficient working facilities. Besides, green development concept
which is applied in the development will result in plenty of active social room and natural air circulation. Then the use of
environmental friendly building material and design of many windows will allow natural sunshine to come in. All these
will result in electricity energy saving.
CitraTowers has been awarded a certificate of Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) from International
Finance Corporation (IFC). This is the first award received by offices in Indonesia, after passing several categories, such
as usage of material in the development process, which is energy saving, water saving and energy saving.
According to Mr. Budiarsa, the selection of Kemayoran area, which used to be an international airport, was because it
has potency as Central Business District (CBD) alternative area. “We plan to involve in the development of Kemayoran
area”.
Currently, there is only one CBD in Jakarta: the Golden Triangle of Sudirman-Thamrin-Gatot Subroto. Looking to the
position of the location, apart from close to the government center, Kemayoran area is relatively also not too far from
the current CBD area. Besides, the location of Kemayoran is surrounded by trade area, such as Mangga Dua, Pasar Baru,
Senen, Kelapa Gading and Sunter. Moreover, Kemayoran has direct acces to Soekarno Hatta international airport and
also Tanjung Priok port. All these have created the integrated area to become one of the international gate way to the
capital city of DKI Jakarta.
According to Mr. Budiarsa, in the condition of more business activities in CBD, the capacity of infrastructure is now
limited. The broadening of CBD area cannot be avoided. Kemayoran area, with its outstanding advantages has potency
to become a new CBD, as well as can grow as the competitor of CBD Golden Triangle. He added, “Right now in Golden
Triangle, selling price for office is around Rp 45 to 50 million per sqm, while in CitraTowers, the price is only Rp 30 million
per sqm.”
Moreover, Mr. Budiarsa said, “We expect Kemayoran will become a modern, integrated, comfort, safe and
environmental friendly smart district. With good planning and integrated design, we believe CitraTowers project will give
high capital gain and value added. All this premium quality will increase the selling price of this area in the future.”
