Amy was last out of the water in 2008 at which time she was painted with bitumen. The vessel will be coming out of the water in May 2016 for blacking with Bitumen and this is included in the sales price. The vessel is being sold with the possible option of a fully residential berth at High Line Yachting, Iver. In the last year a new inverter, battery charger, Morco gas boiler, solid fuel stove and freezer have been installed. The last survey was carried out in 2014. Hull & Exterior. Against the forward bulkhead is a step in glass doored fully tiled shower unit with chrome finish thermostatic shower head on riser rail. Alongside is a full height cupboard housing calorifier at low level with airing cupboard over. To port is a china worktop mounted hand basin with storage cupboards below. To starboard is Thetford chemical toilet. Door to starboard leads forward into Double Cabin. The double cabin occupies the full width of the craft and currently comprises a double free standing bed against the forward bulkhead.. Against the aft bulkhead is full height wardrobe with single door, and further ¾ height cupboard with 3 drawers below. Radiator on hull side. Cabin 5: This boat has been cleared and will be sold as viewed. GENERAL Berth transferable: Possible residential berth by arrangement Mooring: The residential mooring is located at the High Line Yachting boatyard at Iver, on the Slough Arm of the Grand Union. The mooring, which has the benefit of a grassed sitting out area, is alongside the bank amongst a community of other residential and cruising boats. Secure parking is available in the boatyard. A key to the gate and toilet block in the main building is provided on deposit. Facilities offered are 240v electricity connection (charged by meter reading) and water point. BT telephone connection (subject to the BT connection charge if applicable). Pump out / chemical toilet emptying facilities. Diesel, coal and gas are available in the boatyard, with gas and coal deliveries to alongside on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Toilet and shower block (showers are token operated) with washing machine and tumble dryer (token operated). The current mooring rates are as follows: Paid annually : £91.00 per ft annum Alternatively this could become: Paid six monthly : £48.50 per ft half year Paid monthly : £8.60 per ft month payable by direct debit A payment of six months’ mooring fees in advance will be required as the first payment. A residential licence payable to Canal and River Trust is required. High Line Yachting reserve the right to refuse the transfer of the mooring. Council tax is payable. Langley Station which is on the Paddington Line is within two minutes’ walk of the moorings. Please note – no dogs allowed.
