flor and enriched with excellent sweet wine from Pedro Ximénez grapes.
Vinegar very balanced and persistent, just right acidity. His jet black with soft
reflections intense iodine, along with its delicious aromas of raisins, caramel
and honey, mixed with aromas subtly aged in old American oak and a long
aftertaste, very persistent and attractive, make it become a delicacy.
