Brachetto is an aromatic black grape that is native
to southern Piedmont. It makes a sweet, red
wine that is very much appreciated for its aroma,
which is pleasantly floral with prevalent notes
of rose. The slow fermentation at a controlled
temperature, interrupted when the must reaches
5.5% alcohol, guarantees freshness and a pleasant,
natural effervescence.

yield per hectare: 80 q.
aging: 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
color: soft ruby red.
aroma: floral, with fresh notes of musk and
rose.
taste: sweet, fresh, elegant, and perfectly
balanced sugars and acidity.
pairings: perfect as aperitif, cocktails, and
with desserts of fruit or pastries; also excellent
with chocolate.
