“TRIVENTO”
“Trivento” is made from ripe dolcetto grapes that
are cultivated in the vineyards found to the right
of the Tanaro river in the township of Treiso. Their
particular exposition, protected from strong winds
and exaggerated diurnal temperatures, give this
wine its distinct fragrance. “Trivento” is a young and
intriguing wine that well represents the elegance
and structure typical of its denomination.
grape: dolcetto.
yield per hectare: 90 q.
aging: 6 months in stainless steel.
color: ruby red with violet reflections.
aroma: vinous, ample, and persistent, with
fruity aromas of plum and raspberries.
taste: soft and harmonic, smooth and savory,
with good structure and pleasing acidity.
pairings: adapted to pairing with the entire
meal, though best with first courses of pasta,
soups, and white meats.
