PT. EPTCO Dian Persada has primary and continuing
commitment to the protection from accidental loss to its
employees and property.
The Supervisor shall be accountable for all aspects of safety
performance, including the application of company
procedures, codes of practice and applicable regulations.
Controlling hazards should not be only as a reaction to an
accident or the result of workplace inspections. Line
management and employees can be more proactive. It is
necessary to ensure that the important things are done first.

To achieve this commitment and to maintain a positive HSE
environment in which safety comes first, PT. EPTCO Dian

The requirement that every employee conducts its operations
to the highest achievable standards of Health and Safety with
ZERO ACCIDENT rates as the target.
Carry out regular inspections to identify and reduce potential
hazards. Conduct internal audits to a schedule and “follow
up” the results for accident prevention as early as possible.
Develop training for all employees and encourage them to
suggest ideas by sharing information and hold two way
communication sessions.
Develop emergency plans and procedures to respond
promptly and efficiently to incidents, whether they be of an
occupational health, safety and environmental or security
nature, thus minimizing their impact on the company and
others.
Ensure that each field activity has an accident/incident
reporting procedure and each event is fully
investigated, documented and costed.

It will observe all applicable environmental, health, hazardous
material transportation and similar laws and regulating. Every
employee is expected to carry out the spirit as well as the

address any possible adverse environmental impact prior to

The use of materials which are of a hazardous nature to the

be minimized. Such materials should be
replaced, wherever possible, with alternative materials of
an environmentally friendly nature.
The line management responsible for operations will
control, wherever feasible, waste generation and onsite
disposal together with toxic and criteria pollutant emissions.
Work will be planned in such a way that spills and
unintended releases will be avoided.
Line managers will promote environmental concern
among employees and generate an awareness of the
impact to their activities on the environment. They should
encourage employees to identify and promptly
communicate environmental matters of concern to senior
management or the safety and environmental group.

Human Resources Management
Human Resources Department at Eptco Jakarta have a function and
continuous coordination to support the existing department at each
project of Eptco Dian Persada and ensuring the needs of manpower
are fulfilled based on the site requirements. In its capacity as Human
Resources to continuously develop high-quality resources thoroughly
ensuring the work performance by each department at project
locations in accordance with the implementation of ISO quality
management system.
Human Resources Department of Eptco Dian Persada have been
performing manpower requirement in very selective way to ensure
with supply of potential candidates before the user conducting
interview and final selection. As fulfillment of our commitment in
giving job opportunity equally, we are also hiring local people where
Eptco Dian Persada project is being undertaken. This has been
proved by Eptco Dian Persada both on its previous and current
projects in Indonesia.

Conduct preliminary on paper screening of qualified and experienced applicant
Undertaken detail interviews with appropriate suitable applicant for further evaluation
Conduct appropriate skills and ability assessment of selected candidate
Verification of claimed academic and professional qualification
Prepare interview report with shortlist candidates and send the report to Client for evaluation
and selection
Whenever required arrange an interview of prospective candidates with Client thru a long distance call
Arrange signing employment agreement for selected candidate and mobilisation to the
jobsite
