The grand opening of the new scale will be celebrated with
a community BBQ on October 24.
There will be a ribbon cutting at noon, followed by a free BBQ and
a draw for a BBQ, donated by Champion Feeds.
The seed cleaning plant is located on Hwy. 41, less than
a mile north of Hwy. 28.

Alexander Hall
October 26 – Thanksgiving potluck supper. Everyone is welcome. Supper begins at 5 p.m.
Beaverdam Hall
October 25 – Fall Supper at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited. The cost is $15 for adults, $10 for youth, $7 for children and kids five and under eat free.
Goodridge Hall
October 25 – Harvest Supper and Bingo. Cost is $10, kids five and under are free. Bingo will follow dinner and raffles. Bring your Jack-O-Lantern for the
bench show and win a prize!
Every Friday – Join the seniors club for their weekly game for cribbage at 7 p.m.
