Student Choreographer Jordan Beck, and Musical Director and 2000 RCC grad Brady Kerr join forces with Director Chuck Abernathy of the Performance Riverside staff, for this revamped musical production of the holiday classic. Chuck says, “It’s especially gratifying to work with Jordan. He has been a real The Wickerd Farm 47 acres of Christmas trees and more! A Fun Family Experience friend to me, and it’s been a joy to see him develop from an ambitious teenager just 6 years ago, to an accomplished playwright, performer and choreographer.” Jordan, who won an Inland Theatre League award for his performance in last year’s production, is well known to Inland audiences both as a performer, and as the author of Rialto Community Player’s production of “A Tale of Two Cities.” Jordan’s cousin and Tale of Two Cities vet, 7-year old Gabriel May, will also be appearing as Tiny Tim. Chuck continues, “Brady Kerr has really knocked me out with his drive, enthusiasm, and dead-on-the-money instincts. He came highly recommended, and I’d been a fan of his work since he was a student here, but I had no idea. It’s like he knows what I want before I do, and finds a spin to make an idea even better.” Brady is taking out time from his busy schedule as a session musician and composer to musically direct this show. “The talent I found here with the performers,” Brady says, “has far exceeded my best expectations.” “I’m lucky,” Chuck says with a grin. “I’ve got friends like John Lynd, Joe Musil, SAWDUST ART FESTIVAL 14 TH ANNUAL WINTER FANTASY Farmers Market every Sunday, 9-2 Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, Dec. 3, 6pm Arts & Crafts every Sat. in Dec.
