This has reference to our earlier letter No. ONGC/KS/072/2013

regarding engagement in multiple malpractices
of
contractors
"M/s. Ashwathi
Power Control" & "Mis.
S&H
Engineering". The copy of same in enclosed herewith for your
reference please. It is very unfortunate to note that no action has
been taken till today against these contractors reason best known to
management. All these problems mentioned in our above letter are
still unresolved though some problems are very serious like non
deduction of PF, minimum wage as per Govt. Guidelines of some
employees by Mis. Ashwathi power control.
One more serious complaint we have received from the employees of
the M/ s. Ashwathi power control is non issuance of employment
certificate to employees, for forwarding their claims to "Sahayog
Trust" more than two months. I myself have spoken to proprietor of
M/ s. Ashwathi Power Control, DGM (Elect), GM(HR) Services and
lastly with your esteemed authority in your office on 28th April 2014
to issue the employment certificate. Without this certificate claims
cannot be forwarded through HR department to "Sahayog Trust" in
head quarter at Dehradun. More over these claims are suppose to be
forwarded within six months time. Kindly note that this arrogance of
contractors cannot be tolerated by us.

As the matter is very serious, your esteem authority is requested to
call a meeting along with these two contractors at the earliest to avoid
further complications otherwise we may compel to stop the work at all
work centers including offshore. Till such time we request your
authority to withheld their payment from April'20 14 onwards.
