2016-2017 SPECIAL EVENTS
Open Registration Nights: Come join us
for one of our open house nights. Let your kids play
in the gym while you register them for classes.
August 17th & August 24th from 6PM-8PM.
Halloween Parades: October 24th—October 28th
Send your kids to class in their Halloween costumes
for a parade around the gym.
Santa Visits: December 12th—December 17th
Bring your camera to capture that moment of your
child sitting on Santa's lap.
Trophy Week: May 15th—May 20th during your
child’s regularly scheduled class time.
HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
Labor Day: September 5th (Monday classes
schedule make up)
Thanksgiving: November 23rd—November 27th
(Wednesday, Thursday Friday & Saturday classes
schedule make up)
Winter Break: December 19th—January 1st (NO
MAKEUP CLASSES NEEDED)
Spring Break: March 14th—March 16th (Friday and
Saturday classes schedule make up)
OPEN GYM
Open Gym is held every Friday from 4—7PM and
Sunday from 1—4PM for $10 CASH per child. To
attend open gym you DO NOT have to be a
member. Open gym’s run September through May.

FULL DAY NO SCHOOL OPEN GYMS
We will have full day 9AM-3PM Open Gyms for $25
CASH per person which includes lunch. These will be
held on the following days and you must sign up in
advance:
October 10th
November 8th
January 16th
February 20th

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday parties are held at our facility on Saturdays
& Sundays. The cost is $180.00 for 15 children + the
birthday child. Additional children cost $5 each. This
includes an hour in the gym with the instructor & a
1/2 hour in the party room. The birthday child
receives a trophy at the end of the party. You may
add the moon bounce for an additional $25. A 50%
deposit is due upon booking. Please call 3-4 days
prior to your party to give a final headcount.
Saturdays: 12:30-2:00, 2:30-4:00 or 4:30-6:00
Sundays: 11:00-12:30
* We are constantly evaluating students to move up to the next
level. Ask about our non-compete team and competing team
programs!*

THE FACILITY
Metzler’s was established in 1976 by Earl &
Pam Metzler and is the place where “KIDS GO
TO HAVE FUN!” Gymnastics can be for everyone! We
provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for learning.
Our staff is trained, knowledgeable & safety certified
by the USAG. Our goal is to help your child have fun
and help their dreams come true!

CLASS ATTIRE
Girls: Leotards, footless tights may be worn in cold
weather, hair pulled back off face. NO JEWLERY!
Tumbling Class: Shorts, T-Shirts & sneakers.
Boys: Shorts, T-Shirts or sweat suits.
CLASS AGE GROUPS
Busy Beez: Walking to 3 (w/parent)
Wee Beez Ages 3 & 4
Tumble Beez: Ages 5 & 6
Stingers: Ages 7 & Up
Cheer Tumbling: Ages 7 & Up
Strength & Conditioning/Boys: Ages 5 & Up
Preschool classes use a 9 to 1 ratio. Specialty classes
are slightly higher
MAKE UP POLICY
Make up classes should be scheduled through the
office. Sessions WILL NOT be prorated for missed
classes. ALL make up’s must be done during a paid
session. If you miss the last class of the session you
can only make up in the next session, if you are paid
for the next session. Make ups may not be done the
first week of a session.

Metzler’s rents floor space for different functions and
groups as well as hosting school field trips! Contact the
office for more information.
Class fees are paid on a per session basis.
Tuition is due prior to the 1st class of each
session. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 1ST CLASS
OF THE SESSION WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LATE FEE!
There will be a $20 charge for all returned checks.
NO PRORATING OR REFUNDS ON TUITION!
Cost: $80 per 4 week session
Discounts: Each sibling receives a 10% discount on
their session
**Take 2 classes a week for $130.
This is a $30 discount! **
NO COMBINED DISCOUNTS!
METZLER’S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE OR
CANCEL CLASSES THAT DO NOT FILL!
CLASS REGISTRATION FEES
We have an annual registration fee of $25 (per
student not per family) September through May.
