David commented do not need to hire a
chargemen on full time basis instead it
is good enough to hire on consultancy
basis as and when require.
For major renovation, contractor must
be informed if it is unreasonably
disturbing neighbours the renovation
work can be asked to stop. Refer house
rule. To communicate to office staff.
To standardize identification of parking
lot ownership.
Rahnian commented tennis court is
under the care of Developer. JMB may

Block R/S etc lowest floor area next to
the stream found growing bushes and
trash. Propose to include this upkeep
under the responsibilitv of cleaner.
Propose to postpone meeting with
Bomba until our fire safety system is
readv.
It is unanimously agree to move some
fund to fix deposit.
Point 3, 4 and 7 is KIV due to
insufficient information.

This will be adopted by Maintenance
