Free Community Event! Saturday, February 27th, 2016 9am - 12pm RMA Meeting Room, 7191 Murieta Pkwy, Rancho Murieta Caring for a loved one by helping them bathe, groom, eat and navigate life is not something most of us anticipated. For many of us there is a feeling of living for two people, and we can find ourselves short-tempered or resentful and then feel guilty and ashamed. In the midst of caring for others, it is easy to lose sight of how our lives are affected by the daily exposure to those in need. Finding Life in the Midst of Caregiving is all about creating time, laughter and a renewed sense of well-being. The emotional, spiritual and physical repercussions of caring for others are real and there are real solutions. There will be time in the day to talk, share, laugh and be real. Come as you are – there is room for all feelings, thoughts and remedies. Please join us in Finding Life in the Midst of Caregiving! Register online at www.Julieinterrante.com or call 916-709-0959. Seating limited. Pre-registration appreciated. Walk-ins welcome. Doors open and continental breakfast available starting at 8:30am. Facilitator: Julie Interrante, MA, has more than 25 years’ experience in working with people in the midst of life-altering circumstances including illness and aging. She is an adjunct professor in the Dept. of Psychology at Sacramento City College and author of “The Power of a Broken-Open Heart”.
