Company was established in July 2011 by Mr. Brečko and Mr.
Neff. Participation and ownership come from their companies
KDL Ltd. and DASTARO GmbH.
Both directors of B N M d.o.o. have considerable experience in
establishing and managing company in the automotive industry.
Under the authority of previous employers are jointly set up a
successful company Starkom Ltd. Maribor, which was in their
mandate effectively managed and organized.

Mr. Brecko was ahead of its engagement in Starkomu deputy director in Unior –
Strojna oprema. Mr. Neff was by Daimler in Stuttgart for 20 years and he has
successfully led the planning of investments in the field of processing and
welding sheet metal.
Following the bankruptcy of the Company Karoserije d.o.o. and with the support
of Daimler were in the summer of 2011 Company BNM established in
consultation and with the support of key customers like Company Wagon and
Daimler. Building and the large press lines are rented in an asset deal from the
liquidator.
Large parts of the special welding equipment and tools with long-term leases are
owned by company Daimler or Wagon. In the last three years, BNM has its own
resources a whole new set of equipment purchased as new Presses, 3-D laser,
robot welding system, etc.).
