Unfortunately, we did not end up having enough funds to afford printing and mailing of the Autumn Alumni newsletter this year. We made the decision to save our funds for printing a Spring 2011 Alumni Newsletter/ Banquet Invitation, offering an alumni scholarship, and holding the Annual Alumni Banquet. Should we receive more members’ dues and donations, we may be able to mail a printed newsletter next Autumn. Each time we don’t do a mailing, we end up losing address corrections and connections with alumni, which result in inaccurate information for reunion planners. The bottom line is that it takes people and funds to run an organization. Your $10 donation is important and does go a long way to meeting the basic communication and connection goals of our organization: to honor our history, to keep in touch with our classmates, and provide support for future alumni members with scholarships. Please consider printing the Member Info. Page to send in dues and a donation to keep us going.
