Please fill out our online enrollment
form at a catalog computer or at the volunteer table and
get a packet. Please note that you may sign up from another

library in person.
Take a t-shirt and the coupon to Chris'
University Spirit where they will print this summer’s
program logo on your shirt for free. Wear this year’s
T-shirt design to the programs to be eligible to enter the
drawing for a prize, only one drawing entry per day.
T-SHIRT COUPON:
REWARDS: For every 5 hours read, or read to, receive a
food coupon (while supplies last). Exchange reading
records at Children’s Reference Desk/Volunteer’s Table for
food coupons.
For completing 10 hours, receive a BOOK and a certificate
of achievement at the Awards Ceremony in July. Member’s
name will also be sent to school principal notifying
him/her of member’s accomplishment.
For completing 15 hours or more, member’s name will be
entered in a drawing for a gift card donated by Sylvan
Learning Center.
For completing 20 hours or more, member's name will be
entered in a drawing for a classroom visit from Monty Harper.
For completing 30 hours or more, member's name will be
entered in a drawing for a Wondertorium membership!
Winners will be notified by phone at the end of the
summer program.
WEEKLY DRAWING: A weekly drawing will be held at
closing on Fridays. All SRC members are encouraged to
visit the library each week to enter the drawing. Winners
will be notified by phone each week.
