Die Inspiration für die neue Posamentenkollektion
von Travers entstand auf einer Reise nach Paris
während der Retrospektive der 160-jährigen
Geschichte eines berühmten französischen Juweliers
im Grand Palais. Der älteste Sohn des Juweliers
interessierte sich insbesondere für die Farbgebung
der Ballettkostüme bei einem Auftritt des russischen
Balletts in Paris im Jahre 1910. Die Zusammenstellung von Farben und Edelsteinen ergab zusammen
mit geometrischen Designs einen einzigartigen Stil,
der heute immer noch berühmt ist.
The new Travers trim collection was inspired during
a retrospective celebration of the 160-year history of a
famed French jeweler at the Grand Palais in Paris.
The jeweler’s eldest son developed a particular
interest in the colorations of the ballet costumes
during a performance in Paris of the Russian Ballet
in 1910. The color and jewel pairings, coupled with
geometric designs established the unique style,
which is still known today.
La nouvelle collection de passementerie s’inspire à une célébration
revenant sur les 160 ans d’histoire d’un célèbre joaillier français au Grand
Palais lors d’un voyage à Paris. Le fils aîné du joaillier développa un
intérêt particulier pour les colorations des costumes de ballet lors d’une
représentation russe à Paris en 1910. Les accords entre les couleurs et
les bijoux, associés à des designs géométriques, ont fait naître un style
unique qui est toujours très réputé aujourd’hui.
La nuova collezione di passamanerie Travers si ispira all’esposizione
dei 160 anni di storia di un famoso gioielliere francese svoltasi presso il
Grand Palais durante un viaggio a Parigi. Il figlio maggiore del gioielliere
sviluppò un interesse particolare verso i colori dei costumi dei balletti
durante una esibizione a Parigi del balletto russo nel 1910. L’abbinamento di colori e gioielli, uniti ai motivi geometrici, crearono uno stile
unico, che è ancora famoso ai nostri giorni.
