*While HTK has a robust line-up of business agreements, we may not have agreements with
every carrier/provider with whom you currently do business. Our product review committee
meets quarterly to review requests for new agreements. Generally, an advisor must have
significant numbers of clients with a product sponsor for us to consider a new request.

HTK’s NetX360 package provides you with easy access to client account
information, order placement and quotes. You can tap into news and
research, and access a variety of content from industry leaders. Depending
on your needs, NetX360 offers a mobile app and a variety of upgrades.
For consolidated account reporting, we rely on the WealthView
application, powered by Albridge Solutions. WealthView has the ability
to consolidate a client’s insurance, annuity, investment and retirement
plan data from over 2,000 financial institutions. You can quickly get
online access to client portfolio information and produce and distribute
a variety of reports.
HTK has strategically selected Ebix SmartOffice as our client relationship
management system. SmartOffice is much more than a way to manage
your contacts; it gives you the information you need to address client
or prospect needs quickly and easily. The system also helps you identify
and organize marketing opportunities and track key client information
for follow-up. You can flow your client information from WealthView
seamlessly into SmartOffice schedules and alerts. Since both systems
are web-based, client information is updated automatically and
accessible anywhere.

The National Advisors Council (NAC) consists of successful, engaged

is continually being heard, and you’ll benefit from open communication
that can resolve issues and concerns more quickly. In addition, the NAC

SUMMIT
