SALYERSVILLE - “God’s best-kept secret” is
right here in Salyersville.
That’s how the founder of Mission Teens,
Inc., James D. Bracken, described the faithbased non-profit treatment program. Bracken
started the program in 1969, with the first residential center in New Jersey. He passed away
in 2012, however, his wife is still involved in
the ministry and the program has grown to 18
facilities nationwide, with one located locally in
Salyersville on Parkway Drive (beside Hometown TrueValue).
