Objectives: • Provide venue for policymakers, health innovators, private and other government sectors to collaborate • Scale up health innovations by linking to funders, implementation partners, researchers, and users and provide implementation support www.accessh.org 3 ACCESS Mission and the Projects ! Started in September 2011 with an Ayala Foundation, Inc. (AFI) grant and operates under Ayala’s Technology Business Incubator, a division that focuses on accelerating the growth of technology enabled ventures ! As of January 2013, we operate as a separate entity from Ayala Foundation with the remaining funds transferred to ACCESS Health www.accessh.org 6 KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER: Health InnovaWon Forums and Business Talk ! Objectives: ! Bring together healthcare service providers, customers/users and technopreneurs to discuss health related problems and come up with innovative solutions ! Share problems in terms of scaling up innovations, present the need for public private partnerships and how they can be leveraged to advance innovations in the health sector www.accessh.org 7 KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER: Status ! Improve the capacity of health workers in delivering healthcare services to Filipino families !
