Nuclear Service Pumps
Ruhrpumpen is in the process of developing and
implementing a Nuclear Program to do safetyrelated pump repairs at the Hampton Service
Center.
In parallel, we are working in the Nuclear
Component Certification Program to obtain our
ASME ‘N’ stamps:
• N - Nuclear vessels, pumps, valves, piping
systems, storage tanks, core support structures,
concrete containments, and transport
packaging.
• NPT - Fabrication, with or without design
responsibility, for nuclear appurtenances and
supports.
These actions will allow us to sell and support
ASME code pumps and parts.

Cryogenic Pumps
Description
The VLT Cryogenic is a vertical process pump of the
“double casing” type as defined by API-610. By
multistaging series stages in the low and medium
specific speed design range, the VLT provides
outstanding efficiencies and low cost operation in high
head applications. The special first stage allows
operation with extremely low NPSH requirements
while running at optimum speeds. Exclusive hydraulic
and mechanical features provide continuing reliability
with optimum performance.
The VLTV is a vertical process pump of the “double
casing” type VS6 as defined by API-610. By multi
staging series stages in the low specific speed design
range.
Characteristics
• API 610 latest edition
• Vertical arrangement
• Special sealing system
• Low temperature design
• VLT single or multistage
• SVNV single stage
