New moderate and middle-income rental developments are being planned or built at both
Elliott-Chelsea and Fulton Houses. Applications for these new apartments are now being
accepted. To qualify for these new affordable housing opportunities tenants must present a good
credit report. On Saturday, May 7th we are hosting a FREE workshop to advise residents on how to
repair their credit history.
***If they have them, tenants should bring their credit reports to the workshop***
First: Prior to attending this workshop, request your FREE credit report by filling out the
application (attached) and mailing to P.O Box 10528, Atlanta GA 30348.
Second:
Bring your credit report to the workshop and meet with a counselor.

personas deben presentar un buen reporte de crédito. El Sábado Mayo 7th, estamos organizando
