The tartan-carpeted corridors of the
Balmoral suites lead you to the door
of the Fyne suite. This roomy onebedroom suite benefits from lots of
natural daylight afforded from the
large, arched windows that run the
length of the lounge. Decorated with
plaster lintels, each of these windows
boasts a natural wood Venetian blind.
The Lounge
The focus of the solid oak wooden
floored Lounge is the chimneybreast
that is decorated in charcoal and
black flock wallpaper.
The classic, white fireplace houses
a contemporary, flame effect
fire with white Cornish pebble
decoration. Proudly gracing the
top of the mantle is a fine carved
rococo mirror. A thick pile rug
in black and white on which rests
a carved wooden framed coffee
table, echoes the subtle charcoal
and grey decoration of chimney.
The decorative theme is repeated
in the two off black shaded five
lamp chandeliers that hang from the
plaster roses in the ceiling. Other
features of the lounge are the large
42” wall mounted plasma television,
DVD /USB player and wall mounted
speakers. Low voltage, dimmable
downlighters and the Balmoral
coving provide ancillary lighting.

The Kitchen
The Kitchen is reached through an archway off the lounge.
Equipped with a solid granite worktop and tiled throughout the
kitchen is equipped with an integral dishwasher, combination
refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob and fan assisted oven
and an eye level DVD player and screen. The kitchen is tiled
throughout in an attractive black, charcoal and white mosaic tile
pattern, lit by low voltage chrome downlighters. A central Lyre
chandelier in silver draws the eye towards the smart brushed
chrome extraction chimney. Ample drawer and cupboard space
augment the functional utility of the kitchen.
A feature of the suite is the guest toilet that is reached via the entrance hallway, elegantly tiled with mosaic
flooring and an attractive cream marble wall tile that is offset by a run of mosaic tiles at the dado level.
The Master Bedroom
Walking along the corridor, one enters the Master Bedroom.
Carpeted throughout, the bedroom sports an elegant kingsize
bed in oak and leather, flanked by a white and natural wood side
tables which is complimented in design by the spacious, mirrored,
combination wardrobe and drawer unit. Light floods the room from
the large arched windows, which feature wooden Venetian blinds.
The theme of black and white is repeated in the central light fitting
and bedside lamp. Past the large wall mounted plasma television two
steps lead to the raised level en-suite bathroom. A featured whirlpool
bath /shower is reflected in the large, ornate etched mirror. The
bathroom benefits from natural light and is fitted with black Italianate
floor tiling which is contrasted by large white tiling from floor to
ceiling that is offset by a colourful run of mosaic tiles at the dado level.
The bathroom is lit by low voltage downlighters.
The Fyne suite comprises of over 42 square meters of living space
and is available for non-qualified and ‘J’ category residents.
